基于模糊决策的上海迪士尼乐园布局及服务优化研究

摘 要

随着迪士尼在全球范围的兴起，旅游行业被极大地带动，游客的需求也随之增加，因此，对主题乐园的研究也变得愈发重要。本文的研究方法计划从规划角度着手分析，运用多目标模糊决策方法，探究乐园各园区选址、结构等方面深入分析其布局给游客带来的游玩体验是否合理。

本文聚焦于以上问题，首先对上海迪士尼乐园的空间选址、布局形式及特点进行了相关调查和深入探究，挖掘出主题乐园的情境序列串联给游客带来的游园体验，从而找出乐园布局给游客带来的主观影响。

其次，基于对现有乐园布局形式的分析，探究由其引发的服务痛点，通过对上海迪士尼乐园园区布局综合评价体系的建立进行多层次综合评判，其目的是找到迪士尼主题公园访客流量和服务设施布局之间的关系及其容量。

最后，基于对上海迪士尼乐园的布局规划分析，探究主题乐园的布局建设与服务管理优化之间的联系，结合现阶段乐园运营状况及客流量变化趋势，提出改善园区的建筑布局优化策略，从而带动其管理、服务战略调整方案，实现乐园运营的合理性。

ABSTRACT

With the rise of Disney on a global scale, the tourism industry has been greatly driven, and the demand for tourists has increased. Therefore, research on theme parks has become increasingly important. As to research method, this thesis stars from a certain aspect which attempts to analyze from the perspective of planning, and use the multi-objective fuzzy decision-making method to explore the location, structure and other aspects of parks to analyze the layout experience to the visitors.

This thesis focuses on the above problems, firstly, it conducts relevant investigations and in-depth investigations on the spatial location, layout and characteristics of Shanghai Disneyland. On the other hand, for the sake of finding out the paradise layout, the thesis explores the garden experience brought by the series of theme parks in tandem, thereby quarrying the subjective influence brought by tourists.

Secondly, through the analysis of the existing layout form of theme park, explore the pain points of service caused by it, and conduct multi-level comprehensive evaluation of the establishment of the Shanghai Disneyland Park layout comprehensive evaluation system, the purpose of which is to find the Disney theme park visitor traffic and service facilities. The relationship between layouts and their capacity.

Finally, based on the analysis of Shanghai Disneyland layout plan, to improve theme park layout construction service management optimization, park operation situation and passenger flow trends and park building layout optimization strategy. Explore the relationship with the proposal and thus realize the rationality of operation of the management plan and coordination plan of the operation of the park’s service strategy.
