With the inflow of large amounts of funds, the internal financial management of the industry is very necessary, financial risk in fact runs through all aspects of our production and operation, we need to control the whole process.

For the analysis of financial risk can not be confined to the micro-financial data analysis, but also to focus on the enterprise is an individual, it is a consortium. The development of enterprises needs to adapt to the changing environment of the whole market, but also can not be separated from the macro policy guidance and control. This paper will integrate the macro, meso and micro levels to form a system, in the macro field, the appropriate access to economic output, land prices, financial lending rates and tax factors, in the field of view is the focus of the real estate 131 enterprises Ranking, and to determine the Hengda real estate in the industry in the financial situation.
