摘 要

生物制药行业作为国民经济发展中的朝阳产业，在复杂多样的国内外经济形势下，正面临着医疗体制深化改革的挑战，我国的生物制药上市公司也纷纷进行业务转型和组织结构的升级。在此背景下，对生物制药上市公司融资效率问题进行定量的研究，有利于深化生物制药企业的改革，提高生物制药上市公司的盈利能力和融资效率，进一步促进生物制药企业的长远发展。

本文将融资效率分为资金融入效率和资金融出效率。首先对生物制药和融资效率等概念进行了定义和阐述，之后按一定标准以12家生物制药上市公司2012年至2014年三年的数据为样本，采用数据包络分析法（DEA模型）对它们的融资效率进行分析评价。研究结果表明，三年来，生物制药上市企业的纯技术效率总体呈上升趋势，而规模效率总体呈下降趋势，多数企业的融资效率呈波浪式形势，这说明市场环境对生物制药企业的发展有较大的影响，同时这些企业应该进一步的优化投入产出结构，拓宽融资渠道，通过合理高效的利用行业资源以达到提高融资效率的目的。

其次，在对我国生物制药行业的融资效率进行一般性的分析之后，结合海正股份有限公司的实际情况进行详细的案例分析，并且参考该企业的资本结构和经营状况，对其融资效率存在的问题进行归纳总结，在此基础上从技术效率、规模效率等两个层面给出提升我国生物制药上市公司效率的对策建议。

最后，归纳总结本文研究得出的结论，并指出论文研究过程中存在的不足之处。

Bio Pharmaceutical Research on Financing Efficiency of Listing Corporation - Hisun Co.Department as an Example

Abstract

Bio pharmaceutical industry as a sunrise industry in the development of national economy, in the complex economic situation at home and abroad, is facing the challenges of deepening the reform of medical system, China"s bio pharmaceutical listed companies have also carried out business transformation and structure upgrading. In this context, the issues of bio pharmaceutical listed companies financing efficiency of quantitative research, to deepen the reform of bio pharmaceutical enterprises, improve the bio pharmaceutical listed companies profitability and efficiency of financing, to further promote the biopharmaceutical companies in the long-term development.

The financing efficiency for the funds into the capital efficiency and financial efficiency. First of all the concept of bio pharmaceutical and financing efficiency were defined and elaborated, after according to certain standards to 12 bio pharmaceutical listed companies in three years from 2012 to 2014 as the sample data, using data envelopment analysis (DEA) method of financing efficiency analysis and evaluation. The results of the study show that, three years, bio pharmaceutical enterprises listed on pure technical efficiency showed an overall upward trend, and scale efficiency of the overall downward trend, the financing efficiency of most enterprises is wavy situation. This shows that the market environment for bio pharmaceutical enterprises development is of great While these enterprises should optimize the input and output structure, broaden the financing channels, through rational and efficient use of industry resources in order to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of financing.

Secondly, after a general analysis of the financing efficiency of bio pharmaceutical industry in China, combined with Hisun Corporation the actual situation of detailed case analysis, and reference of the enterprise capital structure and operating conditions, to summarize the financing efficiency of existing problems and on this basis from the technical efficiency, scale efficiency and two levels give enhance China"s bio pharmaceutical listed companies efficiency countermeasures and suggestions.

At last, the paper summarizes the conclusions of this paper, and points out the shortcomings of the research process.

1.1 研究背景

资金是企业赖以生存和发展的必要前提。毋庸置疑，资金的筹集与使用在企业经营过程中发挥着巨大的作用。从二十世纪九十年代开始，国内陆续成立了上交所、深交所，这促使国内证券市场进入健康、快速发展阶段。截止2015年，我国共有A股2780只，市值将近65万亿元，股票发行总量和流通股数量较上年都有所增加。
