摘 要

随着我国金融业的不断发展以及人们理财意识的不断提升，人们对于金融产品也提出了更好的要求，便捷、高效、简单成为了人们的金融产品必须具备的三个特征，在这样的背景下，我国互联网金融产生并蓬勃发展。互联网金融的出现为地方经济的增长和企业的发展都带来了新的给予与挑战，因此，深入了解各个地区互联网金融的发展情况，并提出行之有效的改进建议，具有十分重要的现实意义。

江苏是我国的经济大省，也是互联网大省，互联网金融在江苏获得了良好的发展，然而，由于起步较晚，加之相应的理论尚未成熟，江苏省在开展互联网金融的过程中仍然面临着许多风险和问题亟待解决。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论，主要对文章的研究背景和研究意义进行介绍，分析论题研究的必要性。第二部分为理论综述，主要对互联网金融的内涵、特征、发展历程进行阐述。第三部分为案例分析，主要对江苏省开展互联网金融的现状进行概述，并就其发展情况和发展环境进行SWOT分析，为后续的研究做铺垫。第四部分主要分析了江苏省开展互联网金融存在的主要问题。第五部分针对上述问题，从政府监管、风险防范和立法三个方面提出相应的改进策略，以期为促进江苏省互联网金融的发展提供一些帮助。

Analysis of problems and Countermeasures in the development of Internet Finance in Jiangsu

Abstract

With the continuous development of China"s financial industry and the continuous improvement of people"s financial awareness, people have put forward better requirements for financial products. Convenient, efficient and simple have become the three characteristics of the people"s financial products. Under this background, China"s Internet finance has developed and developed vigorously. The emergence of Internet finance has brought new giving and challenge to the growth of local economy and the development of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to understand the development of Internet Finance in various regions and put forward effective suggestions for improvement.

Jiangsu is a big economic province in China, it is also a big province of the Internet. Internet finance has achieved good development in Jiangsu. However, because of the late start and the mature theory, Jiangsu province still faces many risks and problems to be solved in the process of developing Internet finance. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the study, and analyzes the necessity of the topic research. The second part is a theoretical summary, mainly describing the connotation, characteristics and development process of Internet finance. The third part is a case analysis, which mainly summarizes the current situation of the development of Internet Finance in Jiangsu Province, and carries out SWOT analysis on its development and development environment, and pave the way for the follow-up research. The fourth part mainly analyzes the main problems of developing Internet Finance in Jiangsu province. The fifth part, in view of the above problems, puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies from three aspects of government supervision, risk prevention and legislation, in order to provide some help to promote the development of Internet Finance in Jiangsu province.
