摘 要

近些年来，互联网零售行业不断地发展，其中几个巨头的快速崛起使其成为人们关注的焦点。与此同时，互联网行业的高速发展使其面临的财务风险日益显现。尤其是在如今十分激烈的市场经济环境下，各种不确定的外部因素使得对企业的财务风险控制显得尤为重要。对此，互联网行业的各个企业必须高度重视财务风险，采用科学的方法对企业可能存在的财务风险进行准确的评估与判断，及时获取企业的财务风险信息并对之加以实施合理有效的措施。

本文在现有的财务风险理论基础上，结合了苏宁易购股份有限公司的具体情况以及互联网零售行业的特点，将苏宁易购股份有限公司的财务风险划分为筹资风险、投资风险、营运风险以及现金流量风险四个方面。通过这四个方面的分析发现苏宁易购目前财务状况较好，没有很大的财务风险。然后，结合公司的行业特点以及公司的实际财务状况，采用财务预警模型计算得出苏宁易购股份有限公司的财务风险处于良好状态，今后应继续保持。最后，重点从筹资、投资、营运以及现金流量方面入手，采取切实可行的措施，建立风险防范体系和控制机制，从而避免陷入财务困境，朝着健康的方向发展。

Study on the Analysis and Control of Enterprise Financial Risk : a Case Study of Suning Tesco Co., LTD

Abstract

In recent years, the Internet retail industry has been developing continuously, and the rapid rise of several giants has made it the focus of people"s attention. At the same time, the rapid development of the Internet industry makes the financial risks it faces increasingly obvious. Especially in today"s fierce market economy environment, various uncertain external factors make the financial risk control of enterprises appear particularly important. In this regard, all enterprises in the Internet industry must attach great importance to financial risks, use scientific methods to accurately assess and judge the possible financial risks of enterprises, timely obtain financial risk information of enterprises and implement reasonable and effective measures.

Based on the existing financial risk theory, combined with the specific situation of suning tesco co., ltd. and the characteristics of the Internet retail industry, this paper divides the financial risk of suning tesco co., ltd. into four aspects: financing risk, investment risk, operating risk and cash flow risk. Through the analysis of these four aspects, it is found that suning tesco is in a good financial condition and does not have a great financial risk. Then, combining with the company"s industry characteristics and the actual financial situation of the company, the financial warning model was adopted to calculate the financial risk of suning tesco co., ltd. in a good state, which should be maintained in the future. Finally, focus on financing, investment, operation and cash flow, take practical measures to establish a risk prevention system and control mechanism, so as to avoid financial difficulties, toward a healthy direction of development.

绪 论

1.1 研究背景及意义

随着网络经济的不断发展壮大，互联网行业的发展变得十分迅速。例如阿里巴巴、苏宁等比较出色的互联网零售行业领军者，不断地将自己的经营范围扩大到各个行业，致力于营造一个强大的商业帝国。但是互联网行业的经营环节变化多端，财务风险更是数不胜数，这需要企业经营者加强财务风险的管理意识，建立健全内部控制制度，能够快速有效的发现并解决财务风险。

财务风险是一种系统性风险，它与企业的生存与发展密不可分。尤其在互联网行业下，经营环境多变，竞争者不断增加，如果不重视对财务风险的控制，会使企业面临巨大的生存与发展问题。但是，想要快速得知企业面临的财务风险需要我们能够快速捕捉企业的财务状况变化，这就需要企业重视对于财务风险的管理。一个健全完善的财务风险控制系统能够为企业带来的不仅仅是防范财务分析，而是带来的企业长远的发展。

1.2 研究方法

1.2.1 文献研究法

利用学校提供的线上渠道，在知网、万网等国内外网站查找财务风险相关论文，寻找分析企业财务风险的方法，了解目前国内以至于国外对于财务风险分析及控制的研究现状，为之后的理论以及数据研究打下良好的基础。

1.2.2 调查研究法

企业财务风险具有多样性，通过对其经营状况、财务状况、发展现状等进行调查研究，从整体角度切入使得结果更具可靠性。利用财务风险理论深入探究使得结果更加具有针对性、全面性以及客观性。

1.2.3 定量与定性分析相结合的方法

通过这种方式能够针对各项指标进行深入分析。定量分析主要是对企业的财务指标进行分析，能够了解企业的财务风险现状，而定性分析是根据企业财务风险评价指标来确定企业面临的风险。这两者的结合使得企业的财务风险分析更加准确深入，可以从多个角度看待不同的财务风险带来的变化，能够更加全面的对财务风险进行预测与防范。

1.3 研究的内容
