经济林产业上市公司财务绩效评价分析

摘 要

为深入贯彻新时代党的十九大精神，加快经济林产业的发展，不仅有利于提高农村生活水平，还有利于生态环境保护与林业经济的共同发展，为实现2020年农民收入倍增和林业“双增”奠定基础。经济林产业是融合三大产业，有利于社会主义经济绿色发展的当红产业，而经济林产业上市公司则是中国特色社会主义经济必不可少的一部分。研究经济林产业上市公司，对促进经济林产业发展至关重要，但是目前学术上对经济林产业并没有进行严格定义，而且缺乏对经济林产业上市公司财务绩效的研究。因此，本文将选取部分经济林产业上市公司作为研究对象，选择主成分分析法进行研究，分析经济林产业上市公司的财务绩效，并进行相关评价，旨在准确把握经济林产业上市公司的财务情况，发现其发展过程中的相关问题，并提出相应解决措施，对改进和提高经济林产业上市公司的财务绩效具有重要的指导意义。

通过查阅国内外经济林产业上市公司财务绩效评价分析的大量文献，总结分析与上市公司财务绩效评价分析相关的理论。选择我国8家经济林产业上市公司作为研究样本，通过对2017年样本公司的财务报告，计算出相关财务指标，以分析经济林产业上市公司财务绩效，发现经济林产业上市公司财务盈利能力差异较大、抗风险能力弱、发展潜力未被充分开发三方面主要问题。针对这些问题，从经济林产业上市公司的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力等方面提出改进意见。

Abstract

To carry out the new era of the spirit, the party"s 19th to speed up the development of economic forest industry, not only can speed up the rural well-off society construction, can also promote coordinated development of ecological forestry and the forestry of the people"s livelihood, to promote realization of 2020 farmers income multiplier and forestry "respectively" goal. Economic forest industry is fusion of three major industries, conducive to the development of socialist economy, green industry, the most popular and economic forest industry listed companies is an indispensable part of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics.Research of economic forest industry listed company, is very important to promote the development of economic forest industry, but at present the academic of economic forest industry and no strict definition, but lack of the study of economic forest industry listed company financial performance.Therefore, this article will select part of the economic forest industry listed companies as the research object, the choice of principal component analysis (pca) is studied, analysis the financial performance of listed companies, economic forest industry and related evaluation, to accurately grasp the economic forest industry listed company"s financial situation, found that the related problems in the process of its development, and puts forward the measures to solve these problems, to improve and enhance the economic forest industry have important guiding significance to the financial performance of listed companies.
By looking at the domestic and foreign economic forest industry listed company financial performance evaluation analysis of a large number of literature, summarized analysis and performance evaluation of listed company financial analysis related theory.Choose 8 economic forest industry in China listed companies as research samples, through the 2017 samples of the company"s financial report, calculate the relevant financial indicators, in order to analyze economic forest industry listed company financial performance, found that differences in economic forest industry listed company financial profit ability, weak anti-risk ability, development potential is not fully development of three aspects: the main problem .To solve these problems, from economic forest industry listed companies" debt paying ability, profit ability, operation ability, etc, put forward the improvement opinion.
