永磁直线振荡电机优化设计

摘 要

本文主要研究的课题是永磁式直线振荡电机的优化设计,论文主体分为5个章节。第一章先从课题的研究背景及意义出发,接着阐述了直线振荡电机的研究现状与发展趋势,最后详细叙述了本文的研究目的及研究内容。第二章简要介绍了直线电机的基本知识,从传统的鼠笼型旋转电机到直线电机再到直线振荡电机。第三章详细地叙述了本文所研究的永磁直线振荡电机的建模,设置参数,仿真及仿真结果的分析,为后面的优化设计奠定基础。第四章主要叙述了该永磁直线振荡电机的优化,主要从改变该电机的4个参数方面来论述。第五章是最后的参考文献和致谢。本论文的重点主要在于第三章的仿真设计及第四章的优化设计。

在仿真设计中,分别对电机空载时的定位力,三相反电势,动子运动位置,运动速度,电机磁力线与磁通密度分布等进行考察,重点关注定位力与三相反电势两个量。然后由空载时的三相反电势得出应加电流激励的初始相位,最后得到电流激励表达式语句,通过控制电流来控制该永磁直线振荡电机的运动。

在优化设计中,基于该永磁直线振荡电机空载与加入电流激励时的定位力与推力变化曲线,再结合有关直线振荡电机优化设计知识,分别对气隙宽度,电流幅值大小,线圈匝数及动子质量四个因素对电机性能的影响进行考察,最后提出一些优化设计的思路。

ABSTRACT

The main subject of this paper is to optimize the design of permanent magnet linear oscillating motor . This paper can be divided into five chapters. Background and Significance problem starting the first chapter to start, and then describes the research status quo and development trend of the linear oscillating motor. Finally details the purpose and content of this paper. The second chapter introduces the basics of linear motor, from the traditional squirrel-cage rotary motor to the linear motor and then to the linear oscillating motor. The third chapter describes in detail the modeling of permanent magnet linear oscillating motor studied in this paper, setting parameters, simulation and analysis of simulation results, the basis for the optimization design behind it. The fourth chapter describes the optimization of the permanent magnet linear oscillating motor, mainly from changes in the parameters of the motor 4 to discuss. The fifth chapter is the last references and acknowledgments. The main focus of this paper is the third chapter of simulation design and the optimization design of chapter fourth.

In the simulation design, respectively, when the motor load positioning force, the three-EMF mover movement position, velocity, electrical magnetic field lines and magnetic flux density distribution to inspect, focusing on positioning force and three potential two opposite amount. And then by the three-EMF no-load current draw should be added to the initial phase excitation, and finally get current excitation expression statements, by controlling the current to control the permanent magnet linear oscillating motor sport.

In the optimized design, based on the positioning of the force and the thrust of permanent magnet linear curve oscillation motor idling and join current excitation, combined with related linear oscillating motor optimization design knowledge, respectively, gap width, the size of the current amplitude, coils the number and quality of the mover of the four factors that affect motor performance to be investigated. Finally, get some optimization design ideas.
