“互联网 ”时代的港口物流发展模式分析

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology, port logistics has been hit hard by traditional industries. In order to adapt to the progress of science and technology, ports combine Internet thinking with traditional industries to make full use of the Internet technology optimization and integration in the port logistics supply chain system and achieve a degree of transformation. Based on the trend of "Internet " , this paper uses the SWOT analysis, literature analysis, case analysis to study that how apply the innovation of the Internet to Port logistics transportation, warehousing, information processing, special services and other functional modules by using advanced supporting technologies such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and Internet of things,in order to improve the creativity, productivity and service level of port logistics.This paper also puts forward the countermeasures for the upgrading and transformation of the traditional port logistics industry, aiming at the new mode of port logistics development in the era of "Internet plus".

1 绪论

1.1研究背景

随着经济全球化的深入发展，港口货运量的增加、服务水平要求的提高、各方利益的需求、同行业者的加入以及近年来国际金融危机导致的全球航运业低迷等都给港口企业带来了越来越多的运营压力和竞争压力，传统的运作模式不再满足现代港口运营的需要。

工业4.0时代已经来临，互联网技术的变革与应用必然导致传统港口运作模式的改革与升级，作为港口物流企业，应该正视这种发展压力，紧紧抓住时代变革的先机，与时俱进、推陈出新。在挖掘自身特色的基础上，将“互联网 ”融入进去，探索“互联网 ”时代港口物流发展的新模式，实现港口物流发展新业态。

1.2研究意义

本文探讨了我国港口物流发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，对港口物流的综合能力和发展现状有了初步的了解。与他人研究不同的地方是，本文从港口物流的功能角度出发，分别设计了运输模式、仓储模式、信息处理模式和特色服务模式，对我国港口物流的发展模式提出创新性建议。此外，本文归类并总结了“互联网 ”在天津港的改造成果，并进行效益点评。利用互联网思维、信息化技术来改造传统物流产业，对港口物流的发展有着重要的价值与意义。

1.3文章框架与研究方法

本文主要分析我国各港口企业如何将“互联网 ”合理地应用到自身物流产业链中，以谋求创新发展的新模式。见图1，在对国内外相关文献论述的基础上,本文介绍了“互联网 ”概念在我国的提出与发展，并通过SWOT分析法，从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个角度分析了我国港口物流的发展现状，以明确未来港口物流建设的发展方向。然后，立足于发展方向重点探讨如何利用互联网技术改造我国港口物流。以港口物流的功能作为切入点，从运输模式、仓储模式、信息处理模式、特色服务模式等角度设计出我国港口物流的发展新模式。然后结合天津港的案例，总结在过去几年中“互联网 ”在天津港的创新性应用成果，并进行效益点评。最后，为我国港口物流的现代化发展提出建议与对策，使之更好地迎接互联网技术带来的产业转型，力求探索“互联网 ”时代港口物流发展新模式。
