摘 要
：课外体育活动是大学体育教育中的重要组成部分，因此采用问卷调查、文献法的方式对淮安地区大学生参加课外体育活动的动机、主要项目、参与时间、场地进行调查分析。调查结果显示：大学生对参加课外体育活动的意识较强，但时间少，运动强度小；参与的项目主要有篮球、足球、乒乓球，舞蹈以及健美操在女生中占了一小部分。场地器材的缺少，无人组织指导以及学习任务重等原因是影响大学生参加课外体育活动的主要因素。本文旨在通过对淮安市大学生的课外体育活动现状的调查，提出一些改善意见。关键词:淮安市,大学生,课外体育活动
Abstract: Extracurricular activities are parts of education incollege sports.So,this paper takes ways of questionnaire anddocument method to investigate and analyze these students motives,major items,time and places. The result shows: college students have strong consciousness to participate in extracurricular activities, but have less time and little quantity;major sports are basketball, football, ping pang and dancing,aerobics counting small part among girls. There are some leading elements which affect college students to take part in these activities: lack of places and instruments, no organization and hard study tasks.The aim of the article is to investigate a situation that college students attend extracurricular athletics and provide some improvement suggestions.
