摘 要

施工组织设计是一个工程建设伊始便开始指导整个工程的进程，并在每一个关键节点都起到决定性作用的纲领性文件。它是工程发展变化的技术，经济，生产组织等各个层面的指导综合性文件。

本次施工组织设计是对阜宁明达中学城北分校的教学楼施工的纲领性文件。其中包括了对工程概况，工程地质条件的具体分析；对建筑概况和结构设计概况的详细说明；还有工程的施工组织管理，施工的顺序，为施工所做的各种准备，各个分项工程的施工方案，工程进度管控，应对各种突发情况的措施；还有我个人对此项工程在建设途中所面临的各个重难点问题的一点浅显的认知和拙见。所有的努力都是为了能够编制出切实可行的施工方案以满足工程质量和进度要求。顺利完成工程建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。
