摘 要

本设计是根据设计任务书的要求和相关公路桥梁规范,对通榆河大桥上部结构进行复核性设计验算。通榆河大桥主桥上跨通榆河,航道等级规划为Ⅲ级航道,通航净空70x7m。主桥平面位于直线上,桥梁与航道中心线交叉角度为90°。

主桥上部结构为(68 110 68)m变高度预应力混凝土连续箱梁,由上下行分离的两个单箱单室截面组成。对上部结构进行复核性设计验算,利用Midas进行建模计算,主要分析了桥梁在使用中恒载以及活载的作用,对进行施工阶段和使用阶段主梁截面的强度和变形验算进行计算,并对本桥梁的施工工艺流程以及相关注意事项进行说明。

Design of 68 110 68m Variable Height Prestressed Concrete Continuous Box Girder Bridge

ABSTRACT

The design checks the upper structure of Tongyuhe Bridge according to the requirements of the design task sheet and the relevant highway and bridge specifications. The main bridge of the Tongyu River Bridge spans the Tongyu River. The waterway grade is planned as Grade III waterway with a navigation clearance of 70x7m. The plane of the main bridge is located on a straight line, and the intersection angle between the bridge and the center line of the waterway is 90 degrees.

The superstructure of the main bridge is (68 110 68) m variable-height prestressed concrete continuous box girder, which consists of two single-box and single-chamber sections separated from the upstream and downstream. Check the design of the upper structure, use Midas to model and calculate, mainly analyze the role of dead load and live load in the use of the bridge, calculate the strength and deformation of the main girder section in the construction stage and the use stage, and explain the construction process of the bridge and the matters of concern.
