紫鑫中华广场主体结构施工组织设计

摘 要

本次研究以紫鑫中华广场三期项目为基础,对其三号楼地上主体结构施工过程进行设计。通过在工地现场的参观调研,以及工程资料的学习理解,包括工地图纸、施工专项方案等,对比参照了各种施工工艺的优劣,结合现场情况选择最适合的施工方案,并编制计算书作为具体量化指标。从地下结构到主体结构到屋顶层施工,详尽地描述了主体结构施工中各种施工方案及工艺,还对外脚手架防护体系着重分析,安装、提升到拆除等,并附计算书为证。另外,为了更好地指导施工进程,针对施工中可能遇到的安全问题,提供了相应的安全保证措施,以及文明施工的要求。为了提高工程质量和保障后续的使用,阐述了该工程的混凝土质量缺陷预防措施和工程质量保证措施。然后,针对现场气候变化,提出特殊季节(冬期)下施工所需要注意的地方,为现场施工解决后顾之忧。最后,附上参考文献和对亲友们的致谢!

Abstract

Based on the Phase III project of Zixin China Plaza, this study designed the construction process of the main structure of the No.3 building. Through site visits and investigations, as well as the study and understanding of engineering data, including construction maps and special construction plans, the advantages and disadvantages of various construction techniques were contrasted and referenced. The most appropriate construction plan was selected based on site conditions, and calculations were prepared as Specific quantitative indicators. From the underground structure to the main structure to the roof layer construction, various construction plans and techniques in the main structure construction are described in detail, and the external scaffolding protection system is also focused on analysis, installation, elevation and demolition, and is accompanied by a calculation certificate. In addition, in order to better guide the construction process, safety assurance measures that are likely to be encountered during construction are provided, as well as the requirements for civilized construction. In order to improve the quality of the project and ensure its subsequent use, the concrete quality defect prevention measures and project quality assurance measures of the project are described. Then, in view of the on-site climate change, we put forward the places that need attention in the construction of special seasons (winter period) to solve the worries of on-site construction.
