水木融城4号楼施工组织设计

摘 要

改革开放以来，我国经济建设取得了显著成绩。人民生活水平日益提高。刚过去十九大中也明确肯定了我国改革开放的成果，提出了我国的社会主义已经进入了新的阶段，这是中华民族的一次伟大飞跃。与经济快速发展相适应的是房地产行业在国民经济中的扮演着越来越重要的角色。与此相矛盾的是我国虽然幅员辽阔，但人口众多造成的人均土地面积远低于世界平均水平。为了解决这一矛盾，要求发展具有我国特色的住宅建设产业，即由传统的劳动密集型、环境污染、转化效率低的建设方式转为高质量、高效益、环境节约的住宅建设方向发展。

本文以湖南省衡阳市水木融城号楼实际工程为背景，结合工程的实际特点，对工程进行个别技术的专项方案设计，以期达到上述要求。

本次设计包括了三大块内容：施工组织与设计、外脚手架专项施工方案与标准层模板专项施工方案。其中，外脚手架和标准层模板专项施工方案可以归为一类，即要求利用力学模型对其进行强度、刚度和稳定性等的验算，要求建筑所采用的材料必须在符合相关国家规范的前提下进行工作，这些设计需要进行具体的量化处理，是偏向于技术层面的设计；施工组织与设计可以归为另一类，是偏向于管理层面的设计，也就是说，要求从业人员有一个整体的观念，从工程的整体角度方面来配置人力、物力和其他资源，以达到工期短、效益好、质量高的目的。并且还要求能对工程中出现的各种意外情况进行及时有效的处理。在施工组织设计中要始终以约定的工期为准则，也就是各项举措都要朝着促进工期的按时完成为目的。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China's economic construction has achieved remarkable results. The living standard of the people is increasing. In the past, the Nineteenth National Congress also clearly affirmed the results of China’s reform and opening up, and proposed that China’s socialism has entered a new phase. This is a great leap forward for the Chinese nation. Adapting to the rapid economic development, the real estate industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy. What contradicts this is that although China has a vast territory, the per capita land area caused by the large population is far below the world average. In order to resolve this contradiction, it is required to develop a housing construction industry with Chinese characteristics, that is, from traditional labor-intensive, environmental pollution, and low-efficiency construction methods to high-quality, high-efficiency, and environmentally-friendly residential construction.

    This article takes the actual project of the Shuimo Rongcheng Building in Hengyang City, Hunan Province as the background, and combines the actual characteristics of the project to design individual projects for the project to meet the above requirements.

This design includes three major pieces of content: construction organization and design, special scaffolding construction scheme and special construction scheme for standard layer formwork. Among them, the special construction schemes for external scaffolds and standard layer formworks can be classified into one category, that is, they require the use of mechanical models to check their strength, stiffness and stability, and require that the materials used in the construction must meet the relevant national norms. To carry out the work, these designs need to be quantified in a specific way. They are biased towards the design of the technical level; the construction organization and design can be categorized into another category, and it is a design that is biased toward the management level, that is, it requires the employees to have a whole. Concept, from the overall perspective of the project to configure the human, material resources and other resources, in order to achieve a short duration, good efficiency, high quality purposes. It also requires timely and effective treatment of all kinds of accidents that occur in the project. In the construction organization design, we must always use the agreed construction period as the guideline, that is, all measures must be aimed at promoting the completion of the project on time.
