城市可持续的人居环境设计探索—文化活动中心设计

摘 要

近年来，随着经济社会的快速发展，爆炸性的城市发展进程也势不可挡，在这样的背景下，快捷地建造不再是建筑行业发展的方向，可持续发展、绿色节能逐渐成为现代建筑设计的主旨，如何打造有温度的建筑空间也逐渐成为设计考虑的重点。本次文化活动中心设计从本质上来说是一次社区开放空间的设计，在设计过程中坚持以人为本的原则，通过空间串联的方式将建筑的内外空间紧密联系在一起，从而实现建筑与周边环境的协调统一；在建筑形态设计层面，引入场地周边的本土特色，外墙与铺地等均使用当地常见的材料，形成对周边环境的映射，使建筑真正地融入城市，达到“互塑共生”的效果，进而完成城市科学人居环境的探索。

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy and society, the explosive urban development process is also unstoppable, in this context, the rapid construction is no longer the direction of the development of the construction industry, sustainable development, green energy-saving gradually become the theme of modern architectural design. How to create the temperature of the building space has gradually become the focus of design considerations. This cultural center is essentially a community open space design, in the design process adhere to the people-oriented, through the way of space in series to closely connect the internal and external space of the building together. So as to realize the harmony and unification of building and surrounding environment, in the aspect of architectural form design, introduce the local characteristics of the surrounding of the site, the exterior wall and the floor, etc., all use the local common. See the material, map the surrounding environment, make the building truly integrate into the city, reach the result of "mutual plastic symbiosis", thus realize the exploration of the scientific living environment of the city.
