基于BIM的建筑项目质量管理

摘 要

众所周知,建筑业与其他多种产业有着密不可分的联系,近年来,随着我国经济水平飞速提升,建筑业也越来越成为国民经济的重要组成部分。早些年,人们对于建筑业成本投入以及进度工期的重视多过质量,这也导致一些“豆腐渣”工程的产生,但就理论而言,建筑质量与成本与工期息息相关,质量问题的出现以及未及时解决都会增加工期与成本。如今,随着城市化进程的发展,施工项目的楼层增高、规模面积加大、楼体造型越来越复杂、施工难度也随之增加,传统质量管理方式也渐渐暴露出它的缺点。传统的质量控制存在信息化程度低、信息共享与协同困难、易形成信息孤岛、不具有可视化、缺乏精细化质量管理理念等缺点,因此,将BIM等新技术引入到实际的施工中就变得尤为重要。

建筑信息模型(BIM) 是工程项目管理信息化的重要手段,是通过三维数字技术,集成建筑工程项目各相关信息的工程数据模型的数字化表达。BIM技术的出现将以往CAD二维的施工转变成了三维立体,也将现场施工及管理人员们从繁多的数据、表格、文字中解放出来,用更直观易懂的方式方便工作人员的数据读取、交流与修改。当然,如果将BIM技术用于施工质量管理,将更好地解决传统方法下信息化程度低、信息共享困难、易形成孤岛、不可视等问题。从而预防并及时解决质量问题、有效提高施工效率。

本次课题研究的内容是基于BIM的东南大学九龙湖行政楼项目质量管理。由于题目涵盖内容较广,此次研究会将重点放在质量信息的处理,包括收集、流转与储存。主要研究工作分为三步。第一步,结合东南大学九龙湖校区行政楼CAD图纸等项目的原始资料,利用Autodesk Revit对建筑模型进行三维建模。第二步,根据施工规范设置质量管理检验清单,同时设置质量检验信息在三方间的流通路线。第三步,结合Omniclass开发缺陷信息数据收集模板,将信息联合到BIM模型中,同时将信息以结构化格式导出到电子表格中。

本次研究获取的主要成果为3D建筑信息模型,质量控制流程,工程质量数据收集,BIM构件标准化编码和缺陷信息数据共享。本文提出了一种框架,利用BIM以新的方式在异构数据源之间共享缺陷数据,可以减少缺陷发生并改进当前的缺陷管理实践。

ABSTRACT

It is well known that the construction industry is inextricably linked with many other industries. In recent years, with the rapid improvement of China's economic level, the construction industry has also become an important part of the national economy. In the early years, people paid more attention to the cost of the construction industry and the schedule period than the quality. This also led to the creation of some "tofu" projects, but theoretically, the construction quality is closely related to the cost and duration. The appearance of quality problems and the failure to solve them in time will increase the duration and cost. Nowadays, with the development of urbanization, the floor of construction projects has increased, the scale has increased, the shape of the building has become more and more complex, and the difficulty of construction has also increased. Traditional quality management methods have gradually revealed its shortcomings. Traditional quality control has the disadvantages of low informatization, difficult information sharing and coordination, easy to form information islands, lack of visualization, lack of refined quality management concepts, etc.. Therefore, the introduction of new technologies such as BIM into actual construction has become particularly important.

Construction Information Model(BIM) is an important means of project management informatization. It is a digital expression of engineering data model that integrates various related information of construction projects through three-dimensional digital technology. The emergence of BIM technology has transformed the previous CAD two-dimensional construction into three-dimensional, and it has also liberated on-site construction and management personnel from a wide variety of data, forms, and texts. More intuitive way to facilitate staff data reading, exchange and modification. Of course, if BIM technology is used for construction quality management, it will better solve the problems of low informatization, difficult information sharing, easy to form an island, and non-visibility under traditional methods. In order to prevent and solve quality problems in time, effectively improve construction efficiency.

The content of this research is BIM-based project quality management of Kowloon Lake Administration Building of Southeast University. Since the topics cover a wide range of topics, the seminar will focus on the processing of quality information, including collection, circulation and storage. The main research work is divided into three steps. In the first step, based on the original data of CAD drawings of the administrative building of the Kowloon Lake Campus of Southeast University, Autodesk Revit was used to model the building model in three dimensions. The second step is to set up the quality control inspection list according to the construction specifications, and set up the circulation route of quality inspection information between the three parties. In the third step, combined with Omniclass's development of the defect information data collection template, the information is combined into the BIM model and the information is exported to the spreadsheet in a structured format.

The main achievements of this research are 3D architecture information model, quality control process, engineering quality data collection, BIM component standardization coding and defect information data sharing. In this paper, a framework is proposed to use BIM to share defect data between heterogeneous data sources in a new way, which can reduce defect occurrence and improve current defect management practices.
