扬州蜀冈小区一期工程B-15住宅楼项目管理方案编制

摘 要

本次毕业设计的任务是，根据扬州蜀冈小区一期工程B-15住宅楼工程的设计文件，编写该工程的项目管理方案。同时，协助本工程毕业设计小组的其他组员做好施工组织设计、投标报价及清单工程量的计算。在深刻领会任务内容及工作要求的基础上，首先学习招投标有关法律法规规定、标准施工招标文件、工程设计图纸及工程造价计价方法。并查阅文献资料、市场调研及项目招标发包方案论证，写出开题报告，然后研究确定项目管理及具体工程招标发包工作方案，负责编制项目管理规划及具体工程的施工招标文件；完成分析总结、资料整理等与任务书要求相应的工作，与毕业设计本工程小组其它同学共同研讨和分工配合，独立地完成毕业设计的各项任务，并撰写规定要求的毕业设计成果文件。

本次的选题将在毕业设计的全过程中培养学生制作招标文件的能力，以及增强学生对工程项目管理的认知，可进一步巩固学生对多方面专业知识的理解。在编制时要突出科学性、实用性及针对性，编制出能确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。

本次的毕业设计，意在综合考察我们所学过的基础理论、专业知识和技能。通过这一环节，可使我们对工程招标文件的编制方法，以及工程项目管理的思路有一个更深的认识，提高查阅和应用专业资料文献的能力，在巩固已学知识的基础上进一步探讨学习新的专业知识，培养我们独立工作和解决实际问题的能力。

小论文部分所论述的内容则是毕业设计工作中遇到的值得探讨的有关问题，反映自己独立的思考，反映自己的心得体会。这不仅是对我们毕业设计工作的延伸，也可以训练我们学会思考问题、分析问题和解决问题的方法。

Abstract

For this graduation project, the task was to write tender documents and planning of project management based on design documents of the project. Except that, I needed to assiste other members of the graduation project group to make tender offer and calculate the quantity. On the basis of a profound understanding of the task, we first learned the relevant laws and regulations of the bidding, the standard construction tender documents, construction drawings and project cost valuation method. .After writing the opening report, I cooperated with other students of the graduation project team to discuss the division of the whole task. We finished calculating the quantities in more than one month. After that, we completed our own graduation design report independently and writed a essay about a problem during the graducation design.

The process was aimed to develop students' ability to make tender documents, and to enhance students' awareness of project management; also, it could further consolidate understanding of the expertise for students.

This graduation project was intended to comprehensive survey of the basic theory, expertise and skills that we have learned. It enabled us to have a deeper understanding of the methods of preparation of tender documents and the ideas of project management. Improve the ability to search and apply information from professional literature, on the basis of consolidating knowledge that we have learned and make further study to learn new expertise, and training us the ability to work independently and solve practical problems.

The topic discussed in Essay Portion, is worth exploring. It was encountered in graduate project work. This was not only an extension of our graduate project, but also a chance to train us how to learn thinking, analyzing and saluting.
