摘 要

在这次的毕业设计中，我的工作内容大概的分为三个步骤：首先是完成装饰工程部分的工程量计算及其清单报价，然后是编制投标文件，最后就是整理前面完成的内容。装饰工程部分的工程量计算需要我细心的看工程图纸，再结合《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》来计算，之后的工程量清单，也需要根据江苏省的规范，通过未来软件制作完成。

投标文件的编制，则是根据导师发的格式和在网上找的一些投标文件范本来进行编写。其中的施工组织设计更是需要我按照招标文件中现实情况来进行编写，不能凭空捏造。完成上述两项任务之后，就是整理和修改了，反复浏览之前编写的文档和图表，要保证不出现错误，特别是错别字这个低级错误就不应该让它出现。只有自己认真的根据学校和导师的要求，才能顺利的完成这次的毕业设计。

在最后的科技小论文中，则是我根据自己编制投标文件的过程，谈了谈关于如何编制一份优秀的投标文件。

In the graduation design, my job is roughly divided into three stages: the first part is complete decoration engineering quantity calculation and its listing price, and then by the tender documents, the last is to sort out in front of the complete content.Decoration engineering part of the calculation of quantities need careful I see engineering drawings, combining the calculation of quantities of housing construction and decoration engineering, after the bill of quantities, also need according to the specification in jiangsu province, through the future software.Bidding documents preparation, according to mentor bid format and the Internet to find some of the template to prepare the bid documents.The construction organization design is need me according to the actual situation in the tender documents to prepare, not imagination.After completing the above two tasks, is finishing and modification, repeatedly browse documents written before and graphs, to ensure that no errors, especially the wrong character this low-level mistakes should not let it appear.Only oneself seriously according to the requirements of schools and teachers can smoothly complete the graduation design.At the end of the technology in the paper, it is I the process of preparation of bidding documents according to oneself, talked about how to prepare a good bid documents.
