摘 要

BIM 技术，是一种通过对工程项目的属性、材质等数据进行集成和提取来创建出数字化模型，以便于项目在设计、施工等全过程都能进行管理和优化操作的技术，实际上就是建筑信息模型（Building Information Modeling）。

而商务标是建设单位对投标企业的资格进行全面审查的主要依据，工程投标中的商务标编制也是关注的焦点，商务标主要由企业的财务能力、信誉及施工经验、拟投入项目主要管理人员与资质资信等重要内容组成，许多工程项目评标办法规定商务标是最先评审的内容，因此其得分的高低直接关乎着能否进入到下一步评审。

此次毕设主要利用的是BIM软件在工程造价方面的技术，工程造价工作在项目决策阶段就建立一个标准的建筑模型，到招投标阶段时，造价工程师们将工程造价信息录入模型中，得到模型工程量和造价从而生成施工图预算。本次毕设旨在基于对BIM软件的学习使用，对项目工程量进行计算，编制商务标，与小组成员做的招标控制价进行比较，研究得出投标报价与招标控制价的区别。

Abstract

BIM technology, is a kind of based on the attributes of the project, the material such as integration and data are extracted to create a digital model, so that the project can be performed in the whole process of design and construction management and optimize the operation technology, is actually building information model

And business standard is the qualification of construction unit for bidding enterprise to conduct a comprehensive review of the main basis, the business standard establishment in engineering bidding are the focus of attention, the financial capacity of mainly by the enterprise, the prestige and the construction experience, will allocate project main management personnel with qualifications of credit, and other important content, many of the engineering project evaluation measures business is the first to review content, so the score directly about whether to enter into the next review.

The project is the main use of BIM software technology in engineering cost, engineering cost in project decision-making stage is to establish a standard of building model, the bidding stage, cost engineers to enter the project cost information model, the model of quantities and cost to generate construction drawing budget. This project aims to based on the study of BIM software use, calculation of quantities of the project, prepare the business standard, compared with group members do the tender control price, studies the difference between the tender offer and tender control price.
