废旧轮胎胶粉改性土工程特性试验研究

摘 要

随着我国经济飞速的发展,汽车保有量快速的增加,产生了大量的废旧轮胎。废旧轮胎由于其堆积量大,在自然状态下难以降解,容易滋生各种细菌,还极易引起火灾。如何处理这些大量堆积的废旧轮胎,已经成为亟待解决的问题。

废旧轮胎混合土是一种新型的土工合成材料。它是在土中加入一定量的胶粉、水泥等外加剂,改变土的各项特性,能够在土木工程领域广泛应用。由于其质轻、耐用、弹性好,已经作为轻质填料应用于路基填土、墙后填土。废旧轮胎混合土具有良好的经济、环保效益。

本文在研究国内外现状的基础上,以废旧轮胎胶粉混合徐州粉土为试验土样,研究了混合土的击实特性、无侧限抗压强度特性和剪切强度特性,探讨了废旧轮胎胶粉混合粉土应用于实际工程的可能性。本文的主要成果如下:

(1) 通过击实试验验证了在土中掺入胶粉,随着胶粉掺量的增大,试样的最大干密度下降,最优含水率没有太大变化,得出土样的最优含水率为15.6%,最大干密度为1.52g/cm3

(2) 胶粉掺量、水泥掺量和龄期都会影响废旧轮胎混合粉土的无侧限抗压强度。一般来说,胶粉含量越高,混合土的强度越低;水泥含量越高,混合土强度越高;龄期越长,混合土的强度越高。在本研究的配合比中,5%胶粉掺量5%水泥掺量时,废旧轮胎混合土的强度最高。

(3) 废旧轮胎胶粉混合土具有一定弹性,掺入胶粉后其密度变小,含有胶粉的试样破坏时对应的轴向应变较没有胶粉的试样大。

(4) 废旧轮胎胶粉混合土直剪试验剪切强度与竖向压力关系不再是一条直线,而是一条向上的曲线。

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy in China, the quantity of the car keeps increasing rapidly, produce a large amount of waste tires. Due to its large amount of accumulation, waste tires hard to degrade under natural state, easy to cause all sorts of bacteria, also easy to cause fire. How to deal with the large accumulation of waste tires has become a problem to be solved.

Mixed soil waste tires is a new type of geosynthetic materials. It is to join a certain amount of powder in the soil, such as cement admixture, change the characteristics of soil, can be widely used in the field of civil engineering. Due to its light weight, durable, good elasticity, it has been as a lightweight filler used in subgrade soil, the wall after filling. What’s more, mixed soil waste tires with good economic and environmental benefits.

In this paper, on the basis of the present research status at home and abroad, taking xuzhou silt soil sample for experiment, the soil tests were carried out to study various properties of mixed soil waste tires, and explore whether the application in practical engineering. The main results are as follows:

(1) Verified by compaction test in soil mixed with powder, with the increase of rubber powder content, maximum dry density of the sample, the optimum moisture content is not too big change, have unearthed the optimum moisture content of 15.6%, the maximum dry density of 1.515 g/cm3.

(2)The dosage of powder, cement and age will affect the mixed powder waste tires unconfined compressive strength of soil. In general, the higher the powder content, the lower the strength of the mixed soil; the higher the cement content, mixed soil strength is higher; the longer the age, the strength of the mixed soil is higher. In this study, when the dosage of rubber powder content 5% and cement content 5% of the mixture ratio, mixed soil has the highest strength waste tires.

(3) The scrap tire rubber powder mixed soil has certain elasticity, its density gets smaller after mixed with powder, containing powder sample damage when the corresponding axial strain is no powder sample.

(4) The direct shear test of waste tire rubber powder mixed soil shear strength and the vertical pressure relationship is no longer a straight line, but an upward curve.
