北大留学生及博士后公寓景观设计——方案A2

摘 要

众所周知，进入21世纪以来，中国的经济实力不断增长,各行各业也迅猛的发展起来，古语有言：“仓廪实而知礼节，衣食足而知荣辱”，随着社会和经济的发展，以及人们审美水平的提高，人们对于我们所居住的环境也有着越来越高的要求，人们在选择自己的住所时不仅仅是为了满足简单的居住需求，更加开始重视环境带给人们的体验，因此在各大建筑群体以及校园内，景观的产业发展日新月异，校园整体景观尤其是学生公寓校园景观逐渐发展成为了诸多高校的一张名片[1]。公寓景观是现代学生们为了减轻工作学习压力，回归自然世界的最佳放松途径。

公寓景观使人们能够产生舒适感和依赖感，因为景观让使用者有更多的户外活动的场所和空间让人们能够更加的亲近自然。考虑其使用人群为留学生这一特殊性，我更加注重了景观空间氛围的营造,突出其景观实用性的同时增加其互动性,让不同国度的使用者在这里有最好的景观体验。空间划分上采用"现代景观"、"传统景观"两者相互呼应的设计手法，满足了不同适用人群的需求。一个景观设计的成功与否取，往往关乎到人与景观的对话性和景观与建筑的契合感，如果能在场地中将人与建筑与景观做到完美的融合，那么这样的景观设计往往是绝佳的。希望通过此次设计，让人们在这里能够逃离都市的嘈杂和学习生活的压力,尽情享受宁静，自然的休息交友空间。

Abstract

As we all know, since the 21st century, China's economic strength has been growing, so all walks of life have also developed rapidly. There is an old saying: "when we live in a warehouse, we know etiquette, and when we eat and clothe, we know honor and Disgrace". With the development of society, people have higher and higher requirements for the world environment we live in. When we choose our own residence, people gradually begin to pay attention to the experience brought by the environment. Therefore, in each major building group and campus, the industrial development of landscape changes with each passing day, especially the overall landscape of campus it is that the campus landscape of student apartments has gradually developed into a business card of many colleges and universities. Apartment landscape is the best way for modern students to relax in order to reduce the pressure of work and study and return to the natural world.

Apartment landscape enables people to have a sense of comfort and dependence, because the landscape allows users to have more places and spaces for outdoor activities, so that people can be closer to nature. Considering the particularity that the users are international students, I pay more attention to the construction of landscape space atmosphere, highlight its landscape practicability and increase its interactivity, so that users in different countries have the best landscape experience here. In the space division, the design methods of "modern landscape" and "traditional landscape" are used to meet the needs of different applicable groups. The success of a landscape design is often related to the dialogue between people and landscape and the sense of fit between landscape and architecture. If people and architecture can be perfectly integrated in the site, then such landscape design is often excellent. I hope that through this design, people can escape from the noise of the city and the pressure of study and life, and enjoy the quiet and natural rest and friends making space.

引 言

一个优秀的公寓景观设计，可以在各个方面地提升整个公寓的文化氛围，更可以提升所在校园的精神文化内涵，因此校园学生公寓的景观设计日益重要。但如何才能使校园公寓景观设计作品呈现出一个既鲜明又深受拥有不同肤色的使用者欢迎的特色呢？[2]无论哪种设计手法、哪种主题，要想获得来自五湖四海的使用者的认可，都必须突出一个核心的设计思想就是以人为本，即在前期的调研中需要分析不同使用人群的不同需求，从而让所设计的景观尽可能地去满足这些需求，最终设计的目的都是让诸多高校中忙碌的留学生和老师或者是周边居民在有限的时间和仅有的城市空间内尽可能多地和自然相融合，设计师便是通过设计手法创造出这样一个文化内涵深厚的居住环境。

近年来随着国际化进程的加快，国家与国家之间的交流已经不仅仅仅限于经济方面，越来越多的青少年选择去其他国家完成自己的学业，深化自己的专业知识的同时领略异国风情。因此留学生公寓在许多高校中成为了不可缺少的一部分，它周边的景观设计更是起着非常重要的作用。留学生作为校园中的特殊人群，他们往往不熟悉当地的环境，同时很少有知心的朋友，久而久之，语言的障碍加上陌生的环境让留学生们往往会感觉到孤独和压抑。而景观设计恰恰可以影响使用者的行为活动，我们可以通过设计改善本就压抑的学习生活环境，让人们在公寓周围有更多的景观体验，因此景观设计成为了衡量大部分居住区环境质量的重要依据，景观对使用者的身心健康有着举足轻重的潜在作用。公寓景观设计的成功与否与居住环境的质量息息相关。
