摘要:近几年来,教师借调到教育系统机关单位的现象非常普遍,因为其轻松的工作环境和手中的权力,借调的机会成为人人眼中的“肥缺”,而能被借调上来的教师也慢慢形成规模,成为一个神秘而又特殊的群体。这个群体是如何处理与被借调单位、借调单位的关系及他们如何与这两者博弈的,他们有何生存技巧?本文将运用社会学研究方法, 通过对这些夹缝中生存的被借调教师群体的实地访谈,总结出这个群体的群体性特征,并结合其不同情况下的生存技巧,从特征中归纳出被借调教师群体如何在夹缝中生存,他们有何生存策略,这是本文所要阐述的问题。

Abstract: In recent years, teachers seconded to the departments and units of the education system is widespread because of its relaxed working environment and in the hands of power, opportunity seconded become everyone eyes of the "gravy train", and can be up teachers seconded slow slow the formation of scale and become a mysterious and special group.
