Abstract：In this paper, the design of the servo control system based on PLC is introduced. Firstly, the working principle of PLC and the principle of servo system are analyzed and studied deeply. Then, the automatic movement of the cutter, the control of the position of the material and the control of the man-machine interface are realized. Finally, through the tight control of the logic of the ladder diagram and the interaction with the man-machine interface, the operation of the control system and the reasonable control of the cutter are realized.
