基于单片机的智能晾衣控制系统设计

摘 要

随着工业向自动化的方向发展,大众的生活品质显著改善,百姓对家用电器的性能要求也越来越高,因而更需要一些智能化、信息化的生活装备满足人们的需求,本课题研究的智能晾衣系统就应运而生。

本课题以单片机为核心控制器,以实现晾衣系统的智能控制,该系统由单片机、光敏传感器、温湿度传感器、执行机构电机和晾衣架构成。它首先通过传感器获取晾衣架现场环境的相关参数,然后经单片机处理后给出控制决策,最后由执行机构电机控制晾衣系统的适时调节。当外部天气良好时,光敏模块检测到有阳光,雨滴传感器未感应到雨滴且湿度传感器感应到的湿度低于设定值时,控制步进电机动作将衣物送到室外晾晒;当出现以下任一种情况时,光敏传感器检测到环境光线变暗至额定值、雨滴模块检测到雨滴、湿度传感器感应到的湿度高于额定值,单片机就控制步进电机反转,将衣物收回。实验结果表明,晾衣系统具有感应灵敏、使用方便、适用范围广的特点,可以满足大多数人群的生活需求。

Intelligent Clothesing System Design Based on Microcontroller

ABSTRACT

With the development of industry to automation, the quality of life of the general public has improved significantly, and the performance requirements of the people for household appliances are getting higher and higher. so more intelligent and information-based living equipment is needed to meet people's needs, the intelligent clothes drying system of this subject is born.

In this paper, the single-chip microcomputer is used as the core controller to realize the intelligent control of the clothes drying system, which is composed of single-chip microcomputer, photosensitive sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, actuator motor and clothes drying rack. Firstly, the relevant parameters of the field environment of the clothes drying rack are acquired by the sensor, then the control decision is given after being processed by the single-chip microcomputer, and finally the timely adjustment of the clothes drying system is controlled by the actuator motor. When the external weather is good, the photosensitive module detects that there is sunshine, the raindrop sensor does not detect raindrops, and the humidity sensed by the humidity sensor is lower than the set value, the stepper motor controls the action to send the clothes to the outdoor for drying; when any of the following conditions occurs, the photosensitive sensor detects that the ambient light is darkened to the rated value, and the raindrop module detects that the raindrops and the humidity sensor sense When the humidity is higher than the rated value, the single chip microcomputer will control the step motor to reverse and take back the clothes. The experimental results show that the airing system is sensitive, easy to use, and can meet the needs of most people.
