烟叶烘烤用天然气热风炉的理论和试验研究

摘 要

节能减排是我国生态文明建设的重要内容,烟草行业是云南省经济发展的支柱产业,其中烟叶烘烤在烟草行业中的能耗占比较大,在过去的烟叶烘烤中常采用煤和生物质作为燃料,能耗高、污染大,本文摒弃了过去使用的供能燃料,选择天然气作为燃料,对烟叶烘烤进行理论和实验研究。湿空气的干燥—加热过程是烟叶烘烤的理论基础,本文以此为基础,通过烤房的热湿分析,对热风炉的回风—旁路系统进行了设计,即保证了烟叶质量,又节约了能源。热风炉采用天然气作为燃料,与以前的固体燃料相比有很大不同,因此本文对天然气的燃料特性进行了理论分析,计算了燃料消耗量,并对热风炉的外形和尺寸做了初步的设计。理论的研究分析还需要结合试验才能有说服力,固文中通过在云南澄江所做的试验,对烟叶烘烤进行了更深入的讨论。本试验是在不同工况下对烤房中干湿球温度的测定,对试验数据的分析发现了烤房在实际运行中的一些特点并给出了优化意见。最后可以得出,本文对烟叶烘烤的研究具有很大的现实价值,对整个烘烤行业的节能减排发展具有较大意义。

Abstract

Energy conservation and emissions reduction is an important content of ecological civilization construction in our country. Tobacco industry is a pillar industry of economy development in Yunnan province, and the tobacco baking in the tobacco industry energy consumption accounts for larger. In the past tobacco baking used coal and biomass as a fuel, they caused high energy consumption and pollution. This paper abandoned the power fuel used in the past, choose natural gas as fuel, and study on the tobacco baking the by theoretical and experimental. The drying and heating process of wet air is the theoretical basis of tobacco roasting. Based on this, through the heat and humidity analysis of the roasting room, the design of the return air bypass system of the hot air stove is carried out, which not only ensures the quality of tobacco leaves, but also saves energy. The hot blast furnace uses natural gas as fuel, which is quite different from the previous solid fuel. Therefore, the paper makes a theoretical analysis on the fuel characteristics of natural gas, calculates the fuel consumption, and makes a preliminary design on the shape and size of the hot blast furnace. Theoretical research analysis also needs to be combined with experiments in order to be convincing. In this paper, through the experiment in Chengjiang, Yunnan province, the tobacco leaf baking was discussed in depth. This experiment is to measure the dry and wet bulb temperature in the oven under different working conditions. The analysis of the test data found some characteristics in the actual operation of the oven and gave some Suggestions for optimization. Finally, it can be concluded that the research on tobacco leaf baking in this paper has great practical value and great significance for the development of energy saving and emission reduction of the whole baking industry.
