摘 要

发电厂在实行厂网分开的新型电力市场中逐渐变成了一个自负盈亏的企业,于充分竞争的市场中为竟可能多的获得利润,需要在完善的理论指导下进行竞价,因此如何选择自己的竞价策略已经成为每个发电厂首先要考虑的问题。在这种条件下十分需要开展有关发电厂如何选择竞价策略和如何构建发电厂竞价模型等问题的研究。

在本文中先叙述了何为电力市场,列举了现存的电力市场类型并对运营现状进行分析。介绍了电力市场的几种框架结构,分析了在此基础上形成的交易模式并指出各自所具有的的利弊,同时归纳了电改下我国电力市场所面临的的一些问题。介绍了我国电力市场中的竞价现状,分析了竞价在电力市场中的地位与作用,并将博弈论的思想融入电力市场竞价,基于发电厂的博弈心理给出了发电厂的竞价上网步骤。构建了完全信息静态博弈和完全信息动态博弈两种模式下发电厂的竞价模型,带入实际算例对其进行分析比较,最终得出想保证市场的公平就要选择不公开各电厂竞价信息以此采用静态博弈,若想让用户获益同时更符合市场化需求,就要公开先前各厂报价信息来实现动态博弈。在厂网分离的大环境下本文可以为发电厂在电力市场中的竞价给予一定策略上的帮助。

Research on Bidding Strategy of Power Plants in Electricity Market

Abstract

In the new power market where the plant and the network are separated, the power plant has gradually become a self-financing enterprise. In a fully competitive market, it is likely to obtain more profits. It needs to be auctioned under perfect theoretical guidance. Therefore, how to choose oneself The bidding strategy has become the first issue to be considered in each power plant. Under such conditions, research on issues such as how to choose a bidding strategy for power plants and how to build a bidding model for power plants is highly desirable.

In this paper, we first describe what is the electricity market, enumerate the types of existing electricity markets and analyze the current status of operations. This paper introduces several frameworks of the electricity market, analyzes the trading patterns formed on this basis and points out the advantages and disadvantages of each. It also summarizes some problems faced by China"s electricity market under electricity reform. This paper introduces the status quo of bidding in China"s electricity market, analyzes the position and role of bidding in the electricity market, and integrates the game theory into the electricity market bidding. Based on the game psychology of power plants, the bidding steps of power plants are given. The bidding model of the power plant under the two modes of complete information static game and complete information dynamic game is constructed. It is put into practical examples to analyze and compare it. Finally, in order to ensure the fairness of the market, it is necessary to choose not to disclose the bidding information of each power plant. This uses a static game. If you want to benefit users and more in line with market demand, you must disclose the previous factory quotation information to achieve dynamic gaming.In the context of the separation of the plant and the network, this paper can give some strategic help for the bidding of power plants in the electricity market.
