摘 要

随着我国经济的不断发展,电力需求不断上升,电力的安全高效运行至关重要,对电力设备的要求更加智能化。电力的发展进入一个新的发展时期,在电力系统内综合自动化技术被广泛应用,特别是变电站和输配电线路自动化的建设运行。具备无人值守技术条件的变电站,在各个省市电网中正在普及。

随着微机保护的广泛应用,作为保护装置的关键设备,微机型测控装置保护已经广泛应用,并且均带有网络功能,能与变电站综合自动化系统很好地结合。本文选题综合继电保护、微机保护、变电站综合自动化、二次回路等相关专业课程知识,通过剖析1套完整的测控柜图纸以及配套的断路器、刀闸、继电保护柜图纸,加强学生二次部分工作的工程应用能力。根据综合自动化变电站二次部分的设计原则,针对实际设备进行110kV线路保护二次回路施工图设计;使学生对变电站综合自动化系统,特别是二次回路部分,有一定具体的工程应用能力。

二次接线的最大特点是其设备和元件的动作严格按照设计的次序进行,具有很强的逻辑性,本次设计介绍了断路器各回路作用、设计原则以及对外联系,二次系统设备配置与各回路功能及实现。根据采用ABB145型断路器、CS600型刀闸电动机构、CS100型地刀手动机构、GXH163A线路继电保护柜和GPSR662-102型测控柜的110kV二次回路设计,完成了交流电压、电流回路接线图、控制回路接线图、信号回路接线图和采用合理的刀闸防误方式并完成防误接线原理图,在设计过程中全面运用了我们所学基础理论、专业知识和基本技能,对实际问题进行研究设计的综合性训练。

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF GPSR662-102 DEVICE

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of China's economy and increasing demand for electricity, the safe and efficient operation of electric power is very important, and the requirements for power equipment are more intelligent. The development of electric power has entered a new development period, and the integrated automation technology in the power system is widely used, especially the construction and operation of substation and transmission and distribution line automation. Substations with unattended technical conditions are being popularized in various provinces and cities.

With the wide application of microcomputer protection, as the key equipment of protection device, the protection of microcomputer based measurement and control device has been widely used, and it has the function of network. It can be well combined with the integrated automation system of the substation. This paper selects the knowledge of related specialized courses such as relay protection, microcomputer protection, substation automation and two circuits. Through the analysis of 1 sets of complete set of measurement and control cabinet drawings and the drawings of the matching circuit breaker, knife gate and relay protection cabinet, the application ability of the two part of the work of the students is strengthened. According to the construction drawing of the two circuits of 110kV line protection is designed according to the actual equipment, and the students have certain specific engineering application ability to the substation integrated automation system, especially the two circuit part.

The biggest feature of the two connection is that the action of its equipment and components is strictly in accordance with the order of design. It has very strong logic. This design introduces the functions of circuit breakers, design principles and external connections, the configuration of the two system equipment and the functions and Realization of each circuit. According to the two circuit designs of ABB145 circuit breaker, CS600 type knife gate electric mechanism, CS100 type ground knife manual mechanism, GXH163A line relay protection cabinet and GPSR662-102 type measurement and control cabinet, the AC voltage, and the comprehensive training of the research and design of the actual problems is carried out.

1绪论

1.1 研究背景与意义

随着我国经济的不断增长和社会的不断进步,电力作为重要的动力来源,其安全稳定运行和技术的不断进步,为经济社会提供了重要的支撑,创造了巨大的经济效益。继电保护是电力系统安全经济高效运行的重要子系统,在电力系统发生故障时,起到保护电网安全作用。

继电保护装置被称为电力系统的无声警卫,在电网发生故障时可以在很短时间内进行故障切除动作,其他时候保持不动作状态。但是继电保护装置自身错在某些缺陷的时候,没有被察觉会造成保护装置误动和拒动,从而继电保护失灵,造成更大的故障。微机保护的应用使得保护装置具有自我监测和自我监视的功能,从而避免出现因保护装置自身的问题造成电网故障。
