摘 要

随着时代的进步,科技的发展,我国的电力系统网络日益复杂,对继电保护的需求日益强烈:继电保护在保障电力系统运行安全的前提下还要求兼顾四性,其自然的对继电保护技术提出了更多的新要求。继电保护要求在对电力系统进行保护的同时保障其对最微小的故障做出反应但又要求每一次动作都十分可靠,要求其动作迅速的同时对电力系统的运行影响降至最小。继电保护的意义就在于发现问题,控制问题,降低损失,是看守电力系统,保障电力系统正常运行的最后一道屏障。本次任务目标在于做好继电保护二次回路的搭建,作为继电保护的核心,做好回路搭建势在必得。

此次任务使用扬州苏源电气设备有限公司(后称苏源)GL312型断路器操作机构, CD101型电动机构隔离刀闸、CM102地刀手动机构隔离刀闸,北京四方继保自动化股份有限公司(后称四方)CSC-163A型线路继电保护柜以及南京中德保护控制系统有限公司(后称中德)6MD632型测控柜,结合继电保护、电气图识读等相关专业课知识进行系统二次回路设计。

此次任务将分为四节:第一章:对电力系统的认识以及对本次任务的简单描述。第二章:对于本次任务中断路器,隔离开关以及互感器的认识和介绍。第三章:对于本次任务中保护装置和测控装置的认识和介绍。第四章:各二次回路的设计图及其说明。

此次任务旨在发现并拾起我们在以往的学习过程中遗漏的知识,培养我们将理论与实际结合的能力,既是机遇,又是挑战。很荣幸能在指导老师的帮助下完成本次任务。这种知行合一的实践将对我以后的工作生活提供莫大的帮助。

Secondary design of line protection with 312 type SF6 circuit breaker

Abstract

As time progresses with technology, China's power system network is getting more and more complex, and the need for relay protection is getting more and more intense: relay protection is required to take into account the four characteristics of the power system under the premise of ensuring the safety of its operation, which naturally puts forward more new requirements for relay protection technology. Relay protection is required to protect the power system while ensuring that it reacts to the smallest of faults but requires that every action is reliable and that it acts quickly and with minimal impact on the operation of the power system. The significance of relay protection is to detect problems, control them and reduce losses, it is the last barrier to guard the power system and ensure its normal operation. The secondary circuit of relay protection is of great significance to relay protection, and as power technology improves, so do the requirements for secondary circuits generally.

The task combines the knowledge of relay protection, electrical diagram reading and other related professional courses with the use of Yangzhou Suyuan Electric Equipment Company Limited (later called Suyuan) GL312 circuit breaker operating mechanism, CD101 electric mechanism isolating knife gate, CM102 ground knife manual mechanism isolating knife gate, Beijing Sifang Relay Protection Automation Company Limited (later called Sifang) CSC-163A line relay protection cabinet and Nanjing Zhongde Protection Control System Company Limited (later called Zhongde) 6MD632 measurement and control cabinet to design the secondary circuit of the system.

The assignment will be divided into four sections: Chapter 1: Awareness of the power system and a brief description of the assignment. Chapter 2: Awareness and introduction to circuit breakers, disconnect switches and transformers in this assignment. Chapter 3: Awareness and introduction to the protection devices and measuring and control devices in this assignment. Chapter 4: Design drawings of the secondary circuits and their descriptions.

The aim of this assignment was to discover and pick up knowledge that we had missed in our previous studies and to develop our ability to combine theory with practice, which was both an opportunity and a challenge. It was an honour to complete this assignment with the help of our tutor. This practice of knowing and doing will help me immensely in my future working life.
