门座起重机主起升总成设计

摘 要

起重机的出现大大改善了人们的生产和生活,它能够提高工作的自动化程度,提高工作效率,有效降低人们的工作强度,完成一些复杂重复性工作。它对于发展国民经济,改善人们的事物起着重要的作用。起升机构是用来实现货物升降的工作机构,它是起重机械中不可缺少的部分,是起重机最重要的机构,其工作性能的优劣将直接影响起重机的技术性能。

起升机构一般由驱动装置,传动装置,制动装置,卷绕系统,取物装置以及安全辅助装置等组成。本文通过对门座式起重机参数确定及方案确定、主要部件的选择与校核、电动机选择、传动装置-减速器的设计计算、箱体结构设计、密封和润滑的设计来完成对16t门座式起重机主起升机构的设计。

本文设计是完成一套门式起重机的主起升机构。在设计中,先确定传动设计方案,再根据动力传动方向进行设计和计算,力求工作可靠。通过设计学握门式起重机及其主起升机构的工作原理、结构和设计方法,力争通过仔细研究提出认进和创新之处,使其结构更加科学、合理,促进起重机不断进步。

Design of main hoisting assembly of 16t gantry crane

Abstract

The emergence of crane has greatly improved people"s production and life. It can improve the automation of work, improve work efficiency, effectively reduce people"s work intensity, and complete some complex repetitive work. It plays an important role in developing national economy and improving people"s affairs. The hoisting mechanism is the working mechanism used to realize the lifting of goods. It is an indispensable part of the hoisting machinery and the most important mechanism of the crane. Its working performance will directly affect the technical performance of the crane.

The hoisting mechanism is generally composed of driving device, driving device, braking device, winding system, taking device and safety auxiliary device. In this paper, the design of the main hoisting mechanism of the 16t gantry crane is completed through the determination of the parameters and scheme of the gantry crane, the selection and check of the main components, the selection of the motor, the design and calculation of the transmission device reducer, the design of the box structure, the design of the seal and the lubrication.

This paper designs a set of main hoisting mechanism of gantry crane. In the design, first determine the transmission design, and then design and calculate according to the direction of power transmission, so as to work reliably. Through the design study of the working principle, structure and design method of the gantry crane and its main lifting mechanism, we strive to put forward the recognition and innovation through careful study, make its structure more scientific and reasonable, and promote the continuous progress of the crane.
