电池销售回收一体机结构设计

摘 要

本世纪七十年代以来,由于科学技术的迅猛发展,越来越多的移动电话、数码相机、手提电脑等电子产品走进了消费者的日常生活,使得电池这一家族获得了巨大的发展契机。但是大量电池废弃后给人类环境带来了严重的污染。

我国是电池生产和消费大国,而由于种种原因,我国目前对废电池的环境管理基本处于空白,废旧电池不能有效的回收,这对生态环境和公众健康构成了潜在的威胁。

本课题基于此对电池回收销售一体机的传动装置进行了分析与设计。论文在机械原理、机械传动方案设计知识的基础上运用了集智法、组合法等创造性设计方法,拟订传动方案。通过对其可靠性、可行性分析与比较,确定了电池传动的方案,并在课题的第三部分给予了具体的结构设计与轮廓尺寸的确定,明确了它们的装配关系,说明了各零件的材料选用要求,从而构建了一个完整的传动系统设计的过程。

将自动售货机与电池回收结合起来,利用自动售货机昼夜服务、占地面积小、灵活方便,分布面广的优势可以随时随地对废电池进行回收利用。本课题的研究是设计电池回收销售一体机不可或缺的重要部分,在环境保护举措上具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract

Since the 1970s, due to the rapid development of science and technology, more and more mobile phones, digital cameras, laptops and other electronic products have entered the daily life of consumers, making the battery family get a huge opportunity for development. However, a large number of discarded batteries have brought serious pollution to the human environment.

China is a big country of battery production and consumption, but due to various reasons, China's current environmental management of waste batteries is basically blank, waste batteries can not be effectively recycled, which poses a potential threat to the ecological environment and public health.

Based on this, this paper analyzes and designs the transmission device of the battery recycling and sales integrated machine. On the basis of the mechanical principle and the design knowledge of mechanical transmission scheme, this paper USES the creative design methods such as the method of gathering intelligence and the method of combination to draw up the transmission scheme. Through comparison and analysis of its reliability and feasibility to determine the cell transmission scheme, and in the third part of the subject to give the concrete structure design and the determination of dimensions, made clear their assembly relation, illustrates the requirement for material selection of different parts, so as to build a complete drive system design process.

By combining the vending machine and battery recycling, the advantages of the vending machine, such as round-the-clock service, small footprint, flexibility and convenience, and wide distribution, can be used to recycle the waste battery at any time and anywhere. The study of this topic is an indispensable part of the design of battery recycling and sales of the all-in-one machine, which has a certain practical significance in environmental protection measures.

1.1电池危害性调查

自从世界上第一只电源伏打电池诞生,已经过去了两个世纪,这些年来电池的出现为我们人类带来了极大的便利和巨大的贡献,尤其是像手表 笔记本电脑 移动电话等电子产品走进消费者的日常生活后,电池产业也相应有了巨大的发展,但凡是有利必有弊,由于大量电池废弃后没有合理的回收与二次处理给我们的生活环境造成了极大的污染。

1.1.1电池污染

电池污染是因为电池成分里有很多重金属 :

铅:神经系统(神经衰弱、手足麻木)、消化系统(消化不良、腹部绞痛)、血液中毒和其他的病变。
