工业云平台系统—设备管理模块

摘 要

企业的发展离不开技术。技术的创新和升级在当今社会显得尤为重要。在工业企业应用的各种技术中,数字化的制造技术已经悄然兴起并逐渐应用于众多走在技术改革前列的企业中。我国目前在数字化技术的应用上仍然进步缓慢,缺乏数字化的管理和制造技术已经成为制约我国工业化发展的一个重要因素。对企业来说,一个良好实用的设备信息管理模块能够有效的提高企业的运作效率。依附于工业云平台系统的设备管理模块还具有不同企业间信息分享及交流的作用,能有效促进产业链资源整合。基于以上事实及企业实际需求,我开展了本课题的研究。本课题的主要研究涵盖了以下几点:

(1)首先针对企业信息管理模块的实际应用和需求进行了调研,对各科研单位已经进行和正在进行的相关项目进行了初步了解,对现存设备管理系统的技术手段和仍然需要满足的需求进行了分析。并且通过查阅资料和考察实际项目了解并学习了Spring、SpringMVC、Mybatis框架。在前期调研的基础上对工业云平台系统设备管理模块进行了需求分析。

(2)结合实际需求对设备管理模块进行了用例分析,分析并设计了工业云平台设备管理系统功能模块图。进行了工业云平台设备管理系统用户操作流程和系统管理员操作流程的设计。

(3) 对设计好的系统进行了程序的实现。前端使用html、css语言和js开发包并用Element UI框架。后端程序用Javaweb技术和MVC模式。采用MySQL数据库、Tomcat服务器和eclipse开发平台,开发了界面简介、操作简单的设备管理系统。在使用Javaweb的技术过程中,本人根据设备管理系统的具体功能需求。以Java为核心结合SpringMVC、Spring、Mybatis等技术设计了该系该。使设备管理系统能够实现智能化.规范化,从而大大地提升效率。本人经过相关的需求分析和研究,并从自身掌握的技术入手。将本系统划分以下几个模块:用户登录、设备信息查询、管理员登录、设备管理、供应商管理、传感器管理、用户管理等模块。 利用SingMVC来设计请求分发和业务处理并在数据访问层使用My Batis框架。

本系统开发遵循MVC开发模式,开展了基于javaweb技术对工业设备管理系统项目的实践。使计算机技术和工业生产实际需求相结合,有效地提高了企业设备信息管理的效率。

Abstract

The development of enterprises is inseparable from technology. Technological innovation and upgrading are particularly important in today's society. Among the various technologies applied by industrial enterprises, digital manufacturing technology has quietly emerged and gradually applied to many enterprises that are at the forefront of technological reform. At present, China is still making slow progress in the application of digital technology. The lack of digital management and manufacturing technology has become an important factor restricting the development of China's industrialization. For enterprises, a good and practical equipment information management module can effectively improve the efficiency of business operations. The equipment management module attached to the industrial cloud platform system also has the function of information sharing and communication between different enterprises, which can effectively promote the integration of industry chain resources. Based on the above facts and the actual needs of the company, I carried out research on this topic. The main research of this topic covers the following points:

(1) Firstly, research on the actual application and needs of the enterprise information management module, and preliminary understanding of the relevant projects that have been carried out and ongoing by the research institutes, and the technical means of the existing equipment management system and the needs still to be met. Analysis. And to understand and learn the Spring, SpringMVC, Mybatis framework by consulting the data and examining the actual project. Based on the previous research, the demand analysis of the industrial cloud platform system equipment management module was carried out.

(2) Combining the actual needs with the equipment management module, analyzing and designing the functional module diagram of the industrial cloud platform equipment management system. The design of the user operation process and system administrator operation flow of the industrial cloud platform equipment management system was carried out.

(3) The implementation of the program for the designed system. The front end uses html, css language and js development kits and uses the Element UI framework. The backend program uses Javaweb technology and MVC mode. Using MySQL database, Tomcat server and eclipse development platform, the device management system with simple interface and simple operation was developed. In the process of using Javaweb technology, I am based on the specific functional requirements of the device management system. The system is designed with Java as the core and SpringMVC, Spring, Mybatis and other technologies. Enables equipment management systems to be intelligent and standardized, thereby greatly improving efficiency. I have gone through relevant needs analysis and research, and started with the technology I have mastered. The system is divided into the following modules: user login, device information query, administrator login, device management, supplier management, sensor management, user management and other modules. Use SingMVC to design request distribution and business processing and use the My Batis framework at the data access layer.

The development of this system follows the MVC development model and carries out the practice of the industrial equipment management system project based on javaweb technology. The combination of computer technology and actual needs of industrial production has effectively improved the efficiency of enterprise equipment information management.
