摘 要

组合机床是以通用部件为基础,配以按工件特定形状和加工工艺设计的专用部件和夹具,组成的半自动或自动专用机床。主轴箱是主要的部件,为机床提供动力。这种机床有很多的特点,它的加工精度较高,自动化也达到了很高的水平,且它的组成结构简单,易于操作,因此能降低对工人操作水平的要求。此种机床也可以对工件进行多面、多刀及多工位进行加工。组合机床的适用范围广,能够加工大批量的工件,包含多道工序,此种机床可进行各种精度孔的加工,也能进行常规的加工方法。现代的组合机床越来越向着自动化的领域发展。长久以来,这项技术变得越来越成熟。而内燃机和汽车这类行业是组合机床的主要用户,因此有很大改变,种种因素不断有力推动组合机床前进,激励这类机床的不停发展。本说明书详细介绍了卧式双面钻攻丝组合机床设计的过程。

第一章 绪 论

组合机床的组成主要有两部分,其中通用部件占很大部分,专用部件占少数。组合机床再配合为工件设计出的专用夹具可组合成半自动或自动机床。该种机床一般用于进行箱体类零件的加工,也可以加工特殊外形的零件。在此种机床上可以进行孔的加工,如钻孔、扩孔、铰孔、镗孔、攻丝、磨削、铣削、车削、及滚压等工序,生产效率较高,产品的质量比较稳定,劳动强度较低。
