基于单片机的LED点阵显示屏设计

摘 要

随着电子行业的发展,LED行业的兴起,LED点阵显示屏的发展也备受关注。本文设计为16×16点阵LED电子显示屏的设计。行驱动器由一块74HC154芯片与相应电路组成,列驱动器由两片74HC595芯片级联来驱动显示屏显示。文中介绍了LED点阵设计的硬件各部分电路和各种电路的相关芯片的功能,还介绍了本设计使用到的软件,以及软件程序的设计。LED点阵中汉字点阵的提取通过软件来实现。本文设计选择用proteus绘制电路图和仿真,用keil编写单片机控制系统的C语言程序。LED显示清晰且灵活稳定,在制作方面成本低廉,技术上较为成熟,使用上寿命长。LED汉字显示应用在各种交通、社交和服务场合。例如:大型体育馆,铁路或公交路线、公益场所等。实践证明,LED显示系统很少出现误差,各种性能保持稳定,有很强的扩展能力,应用范围广。

Abstract: with the development of electronic industry and the rise of LED industry, the development of LED dot matrix display has attracted much attention. This design is the design of a 16 * 16 dot matrix LED electronic display screen. The whole machine takes the microcontroller AT89C51 as the core, and introduces the Chinese character display of the LED dot matrix electronic display screen using it as the control system. Through this chip, a row driver 74HC154 and two column driver 74HC595 are controlled to drive the display screen. This paper introduces in detail the hardware design ideas of LED dot matrix display, the functions and principles of each part of the hardware circuit, and the programming of the corresponding software. The lattice data of the displayed characters can be extracted from the standard font library. Using Proteus to draw circuit diagram and simulation, Keil language is used to write C language program of MCU control system. LED shows that the information is widely used in stations, sports venues, traffic arteries and various indoor / outdoor display situations, such as flexible structure, stable display, low power consumption, long life, mature technology, low cost and so on. It is proved by practice that the system has small error, stable performance, reasonable structure and strong expansion ability.
