摘 要

传统的信息管理方法大部分由传统的文员在纸张上经过表格、计算器等工具的使用来完成一定信息的收集和归纳，这种传统的信息管理方式劳动强度大、速度慢，已不适应快速发展的企业等现代化部门的需要。Internet的普及使得当前许多信息可以在网上进行收集、整理、汇总、发布，一切需要完成的工作都可以在网上进行。通用的企业信息管理系统将大部分的企业的需求进行归纳总结，使得大部分的企业都可以使用本系统进行信息的采集、整理与发布，从而提高企业的办公效率，方便了中小企业网上共享信息的需要；使得大部分的中小企业拥有自己的网站并在网站上发布自己的信息，提高企业的知名度。

本系统是采用SQL Server2005数据库、XML数据库、ASP.NET、C#程序设计语言开发的功能较为完善的通用企业信息管理系统，该系统主要包括人事管理、财务管理、内部通知、人员招聘、经理信箱、登录等功能模块。

Abstract:Most traditional information management methods from the traditional clerks through the use of forms, calculators and other tools on the paper to complete certain information collected and summarized . This traditional information management is very labor-intensive, slow and need no longer suited to the rapid development of modern enterprise sectors.The current popularity of the Internet makes a lot of information available online to collect, aggregate , publish. Common enterprise information management needs of the majority of enterprises will be easily summarized, so that most of the companies can use the system for the collections , collation and dissemination . Improve the enterprise "s efficiency , facilitate SMEs need to share information online , making the most of the small and medium enterprises have their own websites and easily publish their information on the Internet , increase their visibility.

This system use the SQL 2005 databases,XML database, ASP.NET, C#programming language ,which developed a more comprehensive universal function of enterprise information management systems. The system includes personnel management,financial managemet,internal notification , personnel recruitment, manager -mail , login and other functional modules.

1. 引言

Internet的普及使得当前许多信息可以在网上进行收集、整理、汇总、发布。一切需要完成的行为都可以在网上进行。而且，随之得到的信息可以在网上进行发布，供企业员工或者其他需要的人进行共享。通用的企业信息管理系统将大部分的企业的需求进行归纳总结，使得大部分的企业都可以使用本系统进行信息的采集、整理与发布。提高了企业的办公效率，方便了中小企业网上共享信息的需要；使得大部分的中小企业拥有自己的网站并在网上发布自己的信息，提高企业的知名度。

2. 开发工具简介

该系统采用Browser/Server模式进行设计：在服务器上运行Web发布服务器、数据库程序，服务器操作系统为WindowsNT/2000/XP/2003 server，客户机操作为Windows9X/ NT/2000/XP/7，其上运行浏览器程序，服务器和客户机可为同一设备。
