摘 要

近年来我国经济的快速发展是有目共睹的，在这样的经济发展的背景和基础下，我国的能源消费量自然很高，基本位居世界第二。虽然我国的能源消费量很高，但是这并不意味着我国的能源效率也很高。这主要有以下几个原因，我国能源消费总量与能源供应量之间的差额巨大，其中能源消费总量的数量明显大于供应量；我国能源的消费结构不合理，对于煤炭等污染较高的能源的消费量一直占据很大比重；我国产业结构也存在一定的不合理因素，另外还有科技和教育等方面的因素，这些通通对我国能源利用效率的提高产生了负面影响。

如今，世界经济包括中国经济都在飞速发展，对于能源使用与节约的问题必定引起了各国政府高度的重视。经济发展与能源利用的相辅相成，使得能源利用方面的效率问题显得尤为重要。在这样的发展背景下，江苏省作为一个能源消费量较大的省份，只有做到提高能源利用效率、减少能源消耗强度才能对江苏省实现可持续发展打好基础。所以，对于江苏省目前能源效率问题必须切实分析掌握，对于影响能源效率的各项因素也必须深入了解和透彻研究，只有这样，才能在改善江苏省目前能源消耗状况的问题上有所建树，才能做到降低能源消耗强度与提高能效，对实现江苏省经济和社会的可持续发展作出一定的贡献。

本文首先对研究能源效率问题的背景和意义进行了探讨，其次对国内外有关能源效率问题的文献进行综合论述并分析，之后对江苏省能源消费总量和能源效率的现状进行了分析研究，并选取了单位GDP的能源消费量的倒数（即GDP/E）来衡量能源效率。然后通过建立计量模型并进行平稳性检验和协整检验等实证分析对能源效率的影响因素进行研究。研究得出，技术进步对能源效率的正向影响是尤为明显的，这意味着推动技术进步对提高能源效率意义重大；对外开放对能源效率的正向影响程度略小于技术进步，也就是说提高对外开放程度会有助于提高能效；产业结构和能源消耗结构对能源效率的影响是负向的，代表产业结构的升级和能耗结构的优化都能对提高能源效率做出贡献。最后对其文章进行总结并提出一定的政策建议。

Study on the energy efficiency of Jiangsu

and its influence factors

Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of our economy is obvious, in the background and foundation of the economic development, the energy consumption of our country is naturally high, and the basic ranks second in the world..Although the energy consumption of our country is high, but this does not mean that our energy efficiency is also high. There are several reasons for this. The difference between the total energy consumption and the energy supply is huge, and the total energy consumption is obviously higher than the supply.The consumption structure of our country's energy consumption is irrational, the high polluting energy like coal has always been dominated by a large proportion. The industrial structure of our country also exist some unreasonable factors. In addition to the industrial structure, scence and education are also important factors to restrict the development of economic in China.

In recent years, how to save energy and improve energy efficiency has become an important issue in our country and even the world. There is no doubt that Jiangsu Province is a big province of economy and energy consumption, but it’s also lack of energy. To improve energy efficiency is related to the sustained and stable development of the economic in Jiangsu Province. Therefore, only to effective control and analysis the current energy situation of Jiangsu Provience and find out the main factors that influence the energy efficiency can we grasp the intensity of energy conservation and improve the energy efficiency, which is important for achieving sustainable development of economic and social in Jiangsu Provience.

Firstly, this paper discusses the background and significance of energy efficiency, and then discusses and analyzes the literature on energy efficiency issues at home and abroad comprehensively. After that, the energy consumption and energy efficiency of Jiangsu province are analyzed, and the reciprocal of energy consumption (GDP/E) of unit GDP is selected to measure energy efficiency. Then the paper establishes the measurement model and carry out the test of stability and the Cointegration test to analyze the influence factors of energy efficiency. From the study, we can find that the positive impact of technological progress on energy efficiency is especially obvious, which means promoting the technological progress can improve energy efficiency. Also opening to the outside world will be help to improve energy efficiency. In addition, industrial structure and energy consumption structure have negative effect on energy efficiency,which means upgrading the industrial structure and the consumption structure can contribute to improve energy efficiency. Finally, the paper summarizes the article and propose some policy suggestions.

1.1研究背景及选题意义

能源这类物质包括很多种，在人类生活中也比较常见，它们通常能在自然界进行能量转化。能源是人类社会赖以生存的物质资源，不仅有利于社会进步，同时也对经济发展以及国家和地区社会的可持续发展有着重要的影响作用。如今，随着各国社会和经济的高速发展，能源和环境问题与社会发展之间的矛盾日益突出，经济发展过程中能源资源消耗过度的问题已经成为关系到各国未来发展的重要战略问题，也受到世界各国的重视。

众所周知，大多数的能源都是不可再生的，人类无法无节制地向大自然索取能源，而能源对于经济与社会发展的重要性也是显著的。这点对于江苏省同样适用。现在对于解决能源和环境矛盾问题大致有两个方向的思路，第一是通过寻找新能源来代替能效低污染高的能源，这里的新能源指的是污染较少的能源与可再生能源；第二就是提高能源的利用效率，这一点相较于发现与利用新能源来说更为现实，同时也有利于缓解环境与经济发展之间不可避免的一定矛盾。可以说，提高能源利用效率无疑是节能减排和实现可持续发展的重要且更为便捷的途径，也是解决能源问题应当首要考虑的问题。
