基于正交试验原理的SBS含量快速检测方法研究

摘 要

SBS改性沥青凭借优良的性能及环保的特点成为了国内外使用最普遍的改性沥青,其性能与SBS改性剂含量关联密切,在新版《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》中SBS掺量即将作为高速公路中的必检项目。然而,在改性沥青的生产过程中,为减少离析及促进聚合物的溶胀,会加入一定量的外加剂,如稳定剂硫磺和增溶剂橡胶油等,而这些外加剂对于规范中建议的SBS含量检测的影响尚未明确。为此,本文基于温度扫描试验和弯曲梁流变试验,对不同SBS含量的改性沥青进行性能评价与研究,探究SBS改性沥青的高低温性能指标随SBS掺量变化的规律,论证SBS掺量对沥青路用性能影响显著。然后,利用傅里叶红外光谱快速测定SBS改性沥青中聚合物含量的方法,结合正交试验对基质沥青种类、SBS含量、橡胶油和硫磺等外掺剂对红外光谱测试聚合物含量的精度进行了探究。对红外图谱的解析表明SBS改性沥青中的SBS含量可由波数在699cm-1及966cm-1的吸收峰表征,基质沥青基团可由1377 cm-1吸收峰表征,两者峰面积比值可作为聚合物含量定量分析的依据,由此建立的含量预测标准曲线的误差小于5%。但是,在掺入硫磺及橡胶油的正交试验中,利用多因素方差分析法对红外检测结果进行差异性分析,发现外掺剂将对红外光谱法测定SBS含量的精度产生影响,而且不同外掺剂的影响程度不同,硫磺对检测精度影响大于橡胶油。因而,该快速检测方法需要进一步改进。

ABSTRACT

SBS modified asphalt has become the most commonly used modified asphalt at home and abroad by virtue of its excellent performance and environmental protection characteristics. Its performance is closely related to the content of SBS modifier. In the new edition of “Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering”, the SBS content will be used as a mandatory item in the expressway project. However, in the production process of the modified asphalt, in order to reduce the segregation and promote the swelling of the polymer, a certain amount of additive such as sulfur and rubber oil may be added. But the effect of these additives on the SBS content test recommended in the specification is not yet clear. Therefore, based on the temperature scanning test and the bending beam rheological test, this paper evaluates the performance of modified asphalt with different SBS content, explores the variation of high and low temperature performance index of SBS modified asphalt with the amount of SBS, and demonstrates that the SBS content has a significant impact on asphalt pavement performance. And then, using the method of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) for rapid determination of polymer content in SBS modified asphalt, combined with orthogonal test, the precision of polymer content is tested on base asphalt type, SBS content, additives as rubber oil and sulfur. The SBS content in modified asphalt can be characterized by the absorption peaks in wavenumbers at 699cm-1 and 966cm-1. The matrix asphalt can be characterized by the absorption peak at 1377cm-1. The peak area ratio (A699/A1377 and A966/A1377) can be used as the quantitative analysis basis of polymer content, and the error of the content prediction standard curve thus established is less than 5%. However, in the orthogonal test of incorporating sulfur and rubber oil, the method of multivariate variance analysis is used to find that the additives will affect the test accuracy of FITR, and the influence degree of different external additives is different. The influence of sulfur on the detection accuracy is greater than that of rubber oil. Therefore, the rapid detection method needs further improvement.
