摘 要

改革开放以后，我国经济发展迅速，尤其进入21世纪后，经济发展水平更是迅猛，互联网带动的线上购物与消费，同时也拉动了物流快递业的发展。顺丰速运公司经过24年的发展与市场竞争，已成为中国快递行业的领头羊，顺丰也不断的进行探索进步，在2017年2月借壳登上深交所。而目前，顺丰速运公司正处在激烈而多变的市场环境中，企业如何在快递实体市场与资本市场中长期生存与发展是公司当前面临的重要问题，所以，与企业的日常生产经营活动及其各个方面有着密切联系的营运资金管理便显得尤为重要。企业一定时期盈利的多少，直接由营运资金管理水平决定。因此，在此背景下，对顺丰速运公司的营运资金管理的现状及存在的问题进行分析，并针对问题提出合理化建议，对提高企业营运资金管理水平，进而促进企业持续向上发展具有重要意义。

本文通过对顺丰速运公司的流动资产、流动负债、现金周转期等相关数据进行分析，发现顺丰速运公司存在应收账款、筹资策略以及营运资金管理效率存在问题，并提出优化建议，顺丰公司在加强营运资金内部管理的同时，要认识到企业处于一个金融市场体系之中，企业的营运资金的运作等与外部金融市场环境密切相关，因此，在管理时注重资金的结构比例，在管理方法上采取定性和定量相结合，以内部资金流动分析和外部金融市场资金流动方式进行有效的结合，使得企业的营运资金管理达到理想的效果。

Research on Funds Management of SF Express Working Capital

Abstract

After the reform and opening up, China"s economy has developed rapidly. Especially after the 21st century, the level of economic development is even more rapid. Internet-led online shopping and consumption have also stimulated the development of the logistics and express delivery industry. After 24 years of development and market competition, SF Express has become the leader in China"s express delivery industry. Shunfeng has also continued to explore and progress. In February 2017, it took the case back to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. At present, SF Express is in a fierce and ever-changing market environment. How companies survive and develop in the physical delivery market and capital market for a long time is an important issue facing the company. Therefore, the company"s daily production and business activities Closely related to all aspects of working capital management is particularly important. How much profit a company makes in a given period of time is directly determined by the level of management of working capital. Therefore, under this background, analyzing the status quo and existing problems of SF Express"s working capital management and proposing rational suggestions on the issues is of great significance to improving the level of corporate working capital management and further promoting the continuous upward development of the company.

This article analyzes the SF Express"s current assets, current liabilities, cash flow period, and other related data and finds that SF Express has problems with accounts receivable, fund raising strategies, and working capital management efficiency, and puts forward optimization proposals. While strengthening the internal management of working capital, the company must realize that the company is in a financial market system, and the operation of the company"s working capital is closely related to the external financial market environment. Therefore, when it comes to management, it pays attention to the proportion of funds in the management and management. The method is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and an effective combination of internal capital flow analysis and external financial market capital flow methods, making the company"s working capital management achieve an ideal result.

本文主要探索的是顺丰速运的营运资金方面，营运资金字面上意思指的是企业放在日常经营活动上的流动资金，企业的生产经营活动需要资金去维持和支持，也就间接决定了企业的盈利能力，营运资金管理的重要性不言而喻。

1.2 研究意义

本文将通过运用两种对比分析方法，即传统营运资金管理理论及渠道营运资金管理理论研究方法，对顺丰速运公司营运资金管理的现状研究，结合年报披露的相关数据，处理相关数据并结合相关评价体系，找出企业目前营运资金管理方面存在的问题并进行梳理分析，并通过对行业内冉冉升起的另一快递巨头——圆通速递的相关会计指标进行对比分析，这将有利于企业发现同行业内自己的不足与优势，也有利于自身更好的经营与发展，使得顺丰速运公司得以在快递服务行业始终保持领先地位。

1.3 国内外研究现状

在经济发展时代背景下，一个企业要想维持正常的运营就必须要拥有一定量的营运资金，因此，营运资金管理在企业财务管理中占有重要角色，所以与企业的日常生产经营活动，及其各个方面有着密切联系的营运资金管理渐渐被大家重视，也引起了各方学者对它的广泛研究。

1.3.1 国外文献综述

国外关于营运资金管理方面的研究开始于1930年代，那时候学者们对营运资金的研究比较单一具体，把它作为一个个体去分析研究。
