基于校企合作视角的中兴通讯公司盈利能力分析

摘 要

盈利能力是评价一个企业在一定段时期内赚取利润的能力，无论是企业股东、债权人还是内部员工，都非常关注本企业的盈利能力。企业的盈利能力不仅影响企业获利能力，还会影响企业的市场竞争力，因此盈利能力对于一家企业的生存与发展至关重要。

中兴通讯公司2018年由于受美国制裁一事受到全国瞩目，这个事件给我们敲响了警钟。企业进行科技创新，光靠企业自身是不够的，与科研院所和高校合作是一个很好的选择，十九大也提出要加强校企合作、产教融合。因此本文选取中兴通讯公司为研究对象，从校企合作视角对其盈利能力进行分析。首先大致介绍了校企合作定义及主要模式，再详细介绍中兴通讯公司的校企合作现状、财务状况及特征。接着使用yaahp层次分析法软件构建数学模型，详细分析了中兴通讯公司在校企合作前、中、后的公司盈利能力。通过财务分析得知，校企合作对公司的经营盈利能力、资本盈利能力和收益质量有正向影响，但是资产盈利能力没有受到明显影响。最后对公司提高盈利能力提出建议，可以采取降低校企合作成本、提高资金利用效率和优化管理水平的方法，最终提高中兴通讯公司的盈利能力。

Profitability Analysis of ZTE Corporation from the Perspective of School-enterprise Cooperation

Abstract

Profitability can evaluate an enterprise"s ability to earn profits over a period of time. Shareholders, creditors and employees are all concerned about the profitability of the enterprise. Corporate profitability affects corporate profitability and market competitiveness, so profitability is very important.

In 2018, zte received national attention due to the sanctions. This event has rung the alarm bell for us.It is not enough for enterprises to make technological innovation by themselves. Working with research institutions and universities is a good choice. The 19th party congress also proposed to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry, education and research. So this paper takes zte corporation as the research object and analyzes its profitability from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation. Firstly, the definition and main mode of school-enterprise cooperation are introduced. Then, the status quo, financial status and characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation of ZTE corporation are introduced in detail. Then, yaahp analytic hierarchy process software was used to build a mathematical model to analyze the profitability of ZTE corporation before, during and after school-enterprise cooperation. According to the financial analysis, school-enterprise cooperation has a positive impact on the company"s capital profitability and income quality, but the operating profitability and asset profitability are not significantly affected. In the end, the paper gives Suggestions on how to improve the profitability of zte corporation by reducing the cost of school-enterprise cooperation, improving the efficiency of capital utilization and optimizing the management level, so as to ultimately improve the profitability of zte corporation.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

企业盈利能力分析可以为企业高层管理者的经营管理决策提供有用信息，也是投资者和债权人等利益相关者进行多种经济决策的重要依据。企业盈利能力受多种因素影响，由于中兴通讯公司十几年来对校企合作投入较大，因此本文选取校企合作的视角对公司盈利能力进行分析。

1.2 研究目的及意义

企业盈利能力是评价一个企业在一段时期内获取利润的能力。通过盈利能力分析，能发现企业在经营管理环节出现的问题。无论是债权人、企业股东，还是企业内部员工，都非常关注本企业的盈利能力。企业的盈利能力不仅影响企业获利能力，还会影响企业的市场竞争力，因此盈利能力对于一家企业的生存与发展至关重要。本课题拟从校企合作视角入手，对企业盈利能力相关的财务指标进行分析，通过这些指标的分析可以反映出上市公司主营业务的盈利能力，从而为企业提高盈利能力、增强市场竞争力提供一定参考。

1.3 研究内容及方法

本文采用的层次分析法，这是美国运筹学家Satty提出的一种多准则决策方法。通过将研究对象视为一个系统，对其性质进行分析、组合，从而形成一个多层次分析系统。接着根据分析者和专家判断，通过对每层次元素的两两比较和定量描述，形成判断矩阵。最后算出各元素的相对重要性权值，就能得出所有元素的相对权重总排序。

本文从经营盈利能力、资产盈利能力、资本盈利能力和收益质量四个方面综合衡量中兴通讯公司在校企合作视角下的盈利能力水平。
