上市投资公司营运资金的管理效率实证研究——以今日资本集团有限公司为例

摘 要

自20世纪以来，中国社会主义市场经济蓬勃发展。企业的规模以及数量也在相应的增加。在企业现有的经济模式运作下，企业面临较多的发展问题。企业自身的偿债能力，盈利能力以及营运能力都成为评价企业成功的决定因素。而营运资金作为企业流动的动脉，其管理需要严格和谨慎对待。企业没有稳固的资金链，想得到长远发展并不容易。加强营运资金管理，提高资金利用率，才能增强企业的营运能力。随着经济的快速发展，投资企业在资金的流动速度上有了更高的要求。研究营运资金管理对于企业来说是十分重要的。本课题拟从企业主要分类，主要功能，经营范围，市场运用等这几个方面，对其营运资金管理效率进行优化并提出具体的优化方案，以供企业参考。20世纪80年代以来,营运资金管理逐渐发展成为企业财务管理中的一个独立领域,对于企业来说流动性最大且周转性最强的肯定是营运资金,为企业的生产和经营都奠定了坚实的基础。企业生产经营会受到营运资金的多重影响，而资金的流动性又非常重要，就使得企业的竞争力和盈利业绩与管理水平的高低直接挂钩，，因此，在此背景下，通过对上市投资公司的营运资本管理效率进行评价分析，旨在准确把握上市投资公司的资金管理情况，发现其发展过程中的相关问题，并提出相应解决措施，针对评价结果进行分析，对改进和提高上市投资公司的营运资金管理效率具有重要的实践指导意义，可以促进产业发展，对整个社会经济的发展也具有深远影响。

本文以今日资本有限公司为实例，对企业的营运资金管理方面的特点进行总结和分析，对现金资本有限公司在资金管理中存在的瓶颈和矛盾提出解决方案，如：资金周转能力弱、存货占用大等。可以通过对问题的分析，提出相应的解决对策，即：增强财务管理层的职业技术以及对营运资金树立新的认识、制定并完善企业的信用制度等，来改善和加强今日资本有限公司的营运资金管理。

Empirical study on working capital management efficiency of listed investment companies -- a case study of today capital co., LTD

Abstract

Since the 20th century, China's socialist market economy has developed vigorously. The scale and quantity of enterprises are also increasing correspondingly. Under the operation of the existing economic model of enterprises, enterprises are facing more development problems. The solvency, profitability and operation ability of the enterprise itself are the decisive factors to evaluate the success of the enterprise. As the artery of enterprise flow, the management of working capital needs to be treated strictly and carefully. Without a firm capital chain, it is not easy for enterprises to achieve long-term development. In today's rapid economic development, the rapid flow of funds has put forward higher requirements for investment companies. This topic intends to optimize the efficiency of working capital management from the aspects of main classification, main functions, business scope and market application of enterprises, and puts forward specific optimization schemes for enterprises to refer to. Since the 1980s, working capital management has gradually developed into an independent field of enterprise financial management. Working capital, as the capital with the greatest liquidity and the strongest turnover, is the basis of enterprise production and operation, and also the basis of enterprise capital management. As the blood of an enterprise, the smooth operation of working capital directly affects all aspects of its production and operation, and the level of its management directly determines the performance and overall competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, in this context, through the evaluation and analysis of operating capital management efficiency of listed investment companies, the purpose is to accurately grasp the capital management situation of listed investment companies. Finding out the relevant problems in its development process and putting forward the corresponding solutions, and analyzing the evaluation results, have important practical guiding significance for improving and improving the efficiency of working capital management of listed investment companies, can promote industrial development, and have far-reaching impact on the development of the whole social economy.
