Abstract: Precipitation refers to the phenomenon of condensation of water vapor in the air and landing on the surface. It has always been one of the most important factors in meteorological factors. Development of high-precision and high-temporal-resolution precipitation analysis products can effectively act on severe weather monitoring. , numerical forecasting and model checking, and mesoscale weather dynamics analysis are very urgent and important. Quantitative Precipitation Estimation (QPE) is based on precipitation estimation by satellites and radars. The use of regional observation data to achieve product revisions, centralized estimation and correction systems, and deployment at substations can provide quantitative estimates for future heavy precipitation processes. Provide better criteria and play an important role in hydrological disaster warning. As far as our country is concerned, the great disparity between precipitations in the South and the North has caused the inland areas in the north and northwest regions of China to be constantly exposed to the danger of drought. In the eastern and southeastern parts of China, due to the abundant rainfall, we must always guard against the damage caused by floods.
