关联噪声诱导基因选择模型中的随机共振

摘 要

一般情况下,噪声是不利于信号的传送的,然而,如果能获得随机共振的非线性效应,噪声不但不会干扰信号,反而会增强信号来帮助信号传送。最近几年,关于神经系统信号处理机制伴随着随机共振信号处理的研究在不断地深化认识中。随机共振(SR)的理论最初是由本茨和耐考利等人提出和发现的,他们当初是为了模拟地球气候在冰川期和相对温暖期的转换而提出了这一概念。后来,随机共振现象在施密特触发器电路和氦氖双向环形激光中被监测到。由于它在理论和实验上有巨大的潜在应用价值,所以该理论被广泛应用于许多科学领域中。随机共振属于常见的情况,在大量的非线性动力学系统中都可以被观测到,包括电磁系统、化学系统、生物系统、生态学系统、激光系统等等。一般说来,当一个外部的信号输入时,在非线性系统中,随机共振是以最大化的输出信噪比为典型特征的。随机共振在信号估计与检测、数字信号传输、信号恢复、设备故障检测、神经信号处理等领域也有着重要的意义和应用前景。细胞环境就相当于一个非线性系统,钙离子浓度的变化相当于信号和噪声。这种信号和噪声共同作用下,将产生相当于基因表达调控的效果。本论文调研了随机共振的原理,基本模型、研究方法,以基因选择模型为研究对象,研究噪声诱导的随机共振。最后还讨论随机共振在基因选择模型中的重要意及应用前景。

Stochastic resonance in correlated noise

Abstract:

Generally , noise often disturb the transportation of signal . However , noise can enhance system signal transmission through nonlinear effect of stochastic resonance . Singnal processing method based on stochastic resonance and the recognition of signal processing mechanics on nervous system have been developing . The thoery of stochastic resonance initially was put forward and found by Benzi . They set forth this concept for modelling the switch between the Ice Age and relatively warm period on the earth . Later , stochastic resonance phenomenon is observed in the Schmitt trigger circuit and He – Ne bidirectional loop laser device . Huge potential application value exists on theory and experiment , so this thory is applied on a lot of science fields . Stochastic resonance is common phenomenon , which can be observed on many nonliear systems such as electromagnetic system , chemistry system , biology system , ecological system , lase system and so on . Generally , when an external signal is input , stochastic resonance is charactered typically by the maximal output signal – noise ratio . Important meaning and application prospect of stochastic resonance reflect on the field of communication and nerve signal processing . Cell environment is equal to a nonliear system and the change in concentration of calcium ion amounts to singal or noise . As signal or noise interacts with cell , it will cause the effect as gene expression regulation . This work investigates principle of stochastic resonance , basic model , research method and studies noise induced stochastic resonance with gene selection as research objective .
