基于FPGA的RCL测量仪

数字集成电路和微处理器在这个时代的高速发展,传统的测试技术和方法需要进行不断地优化以及进步,否则无法适应其高速发展这一趋势,所以现在市面上越来越多各种基于数字微处理器和集成电路的测量工具。本文设计的系统的数据处理电路设计和自动化控制主要采用了 FPGA ,并且这个设计拥有数据处理算法,以满足系统的性能和可移植性的需求。

本文设计的测量仪是一种智能RLC测量仪,是近年来仪器科学发展的一个重要分支。其能自动且智能的测量电阻R、电感L、电容C等参数。设计该测量仪的控制系统主要由前端激励信号源、前端测量电路、档位信号转换控制电路、高速的A/D采样、相敏探测器、键盘和液晶显示器组成。将所有数据采集后得到的矢量数据,同时进行了数字滤波和利用数字矢量积分等多种方法,应用来实时进行数据处理,以此能够获得更加准确的数据测量分析结果。

RCL Measuring Instrument Based on FPGA

Abstract

With the rapid development of digital integrated circuits and microprocessors in this era, traditional testing techniques and methods need to be continuously optimized and improved, otherwise they cannot adapt to the trend of rapid development. Therefore, there are more and more measuring tools based on digital microprocessors and integrated circuits on the market now. The data processing circuit design and automatic control of the system designed in this paper mainly adopts FPGA, and this design has data processing algorithm to meet the requirements of system performance and portability.

The measuring instrument designed in this paper is an intelligent RLC measuring instrument, which is an important branch of the development of instrument science in recent years. It can automatically and intelligently measure the resistance R, inductance L, capacitance C and other parameters. The control system of the measuring instrument is mainly composed of front-end excitation signal source, front-end measurement circuit, gear signal conversion control circuit, high-speed A/D sampling, phase-sensitive detector, keyboard and liquid crystal display. All the data collected after the vector data, at the same time digital filtering and the use of digital vector integration and other methods, applied to real-time data processing, in order to obtain more accurate data measurement and analysis results.
