2015年12月京津冀地区霾污染的环流异常研究

Abstract:Haze pollution events are becoming more and more common in China in recent years, a haze pollution event which occurred in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and its surrounding regions (BTH) in December 2015 was analyzed from three aspects: regional visibility changes, atmospheric circulation characteristics, effects of SST and sea ice. Main results are as follows: (1) The visibility anomaly of most stations in BTH was negative in December 2015. The visibility of BTH in December during 1981-2015 had a downward trend with a value of -0.04km/a and the minimum visibility was 11.59km in 2015. (2) The geopotential height was abnormally high over the eastern ocean on 925hPa and 500hPa, which increased the lower level water vapor, contributing to the formation of haze by anomalous south airstream. On the other hand, it weakened winter monsoon and the wind speed in the lower layer as well as increased the atmospheric stability which inhibited the spread of haze. In addition, the presentation of an inversion layer and the decrease of vertical wind shear also indicated that the circulation pattern in December 2015 was not conducive to the spread of haze. (3) There was a positive anomaly of SST in tropical middle east Pacific Region (70~180°W,30°S~30°N) in December 2015, it was found that the visibility of BTH in December had a significant negative correlation with the SST in this region. The results of statistical analysis indicate that the higher SST motivates the anomaly of middle-low level height field and decreases high level wind speed in the BTH, thus providing favorable wind and humidity condition for the haze maintenance. (4) The Arctic sea ice showed a significant decrease in December 2015. The Barents Sea and the Kara Sea (60~100°E, 75~81°N), The Laptev Sea (114~140°E, 72~78°N) and East Siberian Sea (150~180°E, 69~75°N) are selected as key areas for further study. Statistical analysis show that the effect of sea ice reduction on the general circulation is similar to that of SST, which can motivate the middle-low level southerly anomaly and warming of high level atmosphere in the BTH. However, the effects of SST on BTH in December 2015 are thought to be greater than those of sea ice.

引言

随着经济的不断繁荣和工业化进程的迅猛发展,雾霾逐渐成为一种灾害性天气,并且对人们的生活造成了恶劣的影响。雾霾的产生源于特定的气候条件和人类活动的共同作用,各种各样的社会活动排放了大量的粉尘和细小颗粒物(PM 2.5),如果这种颗粒物的排放量超过了大气的承载力和净化力,那么随着颗粒物浓度的不断提高,一旦受静稳天气等影响,就非常可能产生严重的雾霾天气。
