施工组织是指在施工前有计划地安排生产要素，选择施工方案，是指导整个施工过程活动的纲领性文件。全面规划、布置施工生产活动，制定先进合理的技术措施和组织措施，确定经济合理、切实可行的施工方案，是工程开工前后施工活动能有序、高效、科学合理地进行的保证。

本文内容为金川公司第27号住宅小区馨河苑Ⅱ段高层45号楼的施工组织设计编制，建设地点位于甘肃省金昌市。主要包括工程施工的主要技术方案、进度计划以及模板和脚手架专项施工方案的计算书和相关图纸。技术方案包括了括钢筋、模板、混凝土等重要分项工程的施工方法及其重难点；施工进度计划包括施工进度计划横道图及工期保证措施；模板专项方案为普通标准层专项方案，脚手架专项方案包括落地式脚手架和悬挑式脚手架方案。

Abstract

The construction organization is to arrange the production elements in a planned way before the construction and select the construction plan which is a programmatic document that guides the entire construction process. Comprehensive planning and layout of construction and production activities, the formulation of advanced and reasonable technical measures and organizational measures, and the identification of economically reasonable and feasible construction plans are the guarantees for the orderly, efficient and scientifically-constructed construction activities before and after the project starts.

The content of this article is the construction organization design of the construction design project for Building No. 45 of Xinheyuan. The main contents include the main technical plan for the construction of the project, the schedule, and the calculations and drawings for the special construction plans for the scaffolding and scaffolding. 第一章 工程概况

1.1工程概况

本工程为金川公司第27号住宅小区馨河苑Ⅱ段高层45号楼，建设地点位于甘肃省金昌市。本工程主体为十八层，局部十九层住宅楼，地下两层，地下一、二层战时为甲类核6级人防地下室，平时为自行车库；附属部分为地下两层，停车库。主体结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，钢筋混凝土平板式筏板基础；附属部分采用全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，外墙为钢筋混凝土剪力墙，采用柱下独立基础、墙下条形基础，基础持力层为圆砾层。结构主体高度为54.30m第一层层高为4.8m，其余每次高度均为3m。

1.2结构设计概况

本工程结构设计使用年限：50年；

安全等级：该工程建筑结构安全等级为二级，裂缝控制等级为三级；

地基基础：地基基础设计等级为乙级；

地下室：高层部分采取地梁及底板抗浮，纯地下室部分采取锚杆抗浮。
