某城市污水处理厂除磷脱氮工艺设计

摘 要

该城市污水的设计规模为10万m3/d,进水水质为:BOD5=150mg/L,CODCr=350mg/L,SS=200mg/L,NH3-N=30mg/L,TN=40mg/L,TP=3mg/L。尾水执行DB32/T1072-2007 《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》。

我采用氧化沟工艺,该工艺稳定,技术成熟,有很大的抗冲击负荷能力,除磷脱氮效果好。污水的主要处理流程为进水经过粗格栅,进入污水提升泵房,经过提升,再通过细格栅进入平流沉砂池,进行一次沉淀之后,进入氧化沟进行污水的除磷脱氮,接着进入二沉池将泥水分离,分离出来的水分别进入絮凝池、普通快滤池混凝沉淀,最后进入接触消毒池消毒之后排放;污泥的主要处理流程为二沉池的污泥流入污泥泵房,经过提升进入污泥浓缩池,浓缩之后进入消化池发生厌氧消化,之后进入脱水间脱水,最后外运处理。

设计计算公式中采用的设计参数都是根据《给水排水设计手册》给定的范围中选取。计算书后附8张A2图纸,分别为平面图、管线图、流程图、氧化沟平/剖面详图、平流沉砂池、絮凝沉淀池和浓缩池详图。

Design of the phosphorus and nitrogen removal process in a municipal wastewater treatment plant

Abstract: The amount of the municipal wastewater in a city in Jiangsu Province is increasing year by year. To improve the water environment of the city, i carried out the design of the municipal wasterwater treatment plant. The main task is the selection of the process, and the calcution and design of the structures.

The design scale of the municipal wasterwater is 100000m3/d. The quality of the influent water contains: BOD5=150mg/L, CODCr=350mg/L, SS=200mg/L, NH3-N=30mg/L, TN=40mg/L, TP=3mg/L. The effluent water accords with DB32/T1072-2007.

I use the oxidation ditch process, which is stable and mature, has great impact load capacity, and has a great effect on phosphorus and nitrogen removal. The main treatment process for wasterwater contains: First, the wastewater goes into the sewage pumping station across the coarse grid. Then after promotion, it goes into the advection sedimentation tank across the thin grid. After the primary deposition, it goes into the oxidation ditch for the phosphorus and nitrogen removal. Then it goes into the secondary settling tank to seperate the water from the mud. The seperated water goes into the flocculation basin and rapid filter for coagulating sedimentation. Finally, it goes into the contact disinfecting tank for disinfection and is discharged. The main treatment process for the mud contains: the mud from the secondary settling tank goes into the pumping station. Then it is concentrated in the concentrated tank. After that, it goes into the digestive tank for anaerobic digestion. Finally, it goes into the dehydration room for dehydration, and is transported outside for further treatment.

The design parameters used in the design calculation formula accords to the range given in lt;Design Munual for water supply and drainagegt;.After the calculation, 8 pieces of A2 papers are followed, which contains the plan figure, pipeline figure, flow chart, oxidation ditch plan/cross-section figure, the advection sedimentation tank,Flocculation sedimentation tank and the concentrated tank.
