笔记本电脑散热器鳍片优化设计

摘 要

1、使用FloTHERM 软件进行原始模型的建立并分析求解得到笔记本电脑的温度场的分布情况以及监测点的温度值。

2、针对散热器鳍片分析其间距和厚度的尺寸、热管在散热鳍片中的位置、基板厚度这三个方面对笔记本电脑散热系统的影响。并据此提出合理的散热器优化方案。

通过仿真实验分析,得到以下结果:

1、散热器鳍片的间距及厚度的尺寸对散热系统的性能有很大的影响,对于本课题所研究的笔记本电脑,散热器鳍片的间距为0.7mm、厚度为0.15mm时最优。

2、对于将热管布置在鳍片中的散热系统,热管的位置以及基板的厚度对散热系统的性能也有着一定的影响。以鳍片高度为7.5mm,热管厚度为2.5mm的散热系统,热管中心距鳍片底部3.7mm,基板厚度为0.15mm时最优,使得最高元器件的温度下降了1.8℃。

Abstract: The design of laptop radiator fins usually only according to the experience which causes laptop problems such as insufficient heat dissipation performance, listing delay. optimized design for the notebook radiator fins can improve the laptop heat dissipation performance to reduce the number of design changes and design time. This topic using CFD simulation technology, for the notebook of radiator thermal simulation analysis of the model, the analysis of the fin the influence of the size of the laptop heat dissipation performance, for the parameters of the optimization of the radiator fins, and the prototype for this topic use choose the radiator fins parameters optimization. The main research process is as follows:

1.use FloTHERM software to realize establishment of the initial model and analysis by the laptop the distribution of heat and temperature monitoring.

2.in view of the radiator fins to analyze its spacing and thickness of the size and the influence of the thickness of the radiator performance. And on the basis of reasonable radiator optimization scheme is put forward.

Through the simulation analysis, get the following results:

1. the size of the radiator fins spacing and thickness have great influence on the performance of the cooling system, for undergraduate research notebook, radiator fins spacing is 0.7 mm, the optimal thickness of 0.15 mm.

2. for heat pipe arrangement in the fins of the cooling system, the position of the heat pipe, and the thickness of the base plate also has some impact on the performance of the cooling system. With fins height is 7.5 mm, the cooling system of heat pipe thickness of 2.5 mm, tube center distance of 3.7mm at the bottom of the fin, the optimal base plate thickness of 0.15mm.
