In today's society, along with the rapid development of science and technology and Internet technology, the network of Internet technology has penetrated into various fields, including military, education, digital, medical, economic, games and other. In this era, the production and application of web technology can be said to be thriving. Which is worthy of special: the application of web technology for today's education industry, the benefits can be said to be extremely huge. Education industry can be carried out in this way students online exam, so that the management of the official website on the release of relevant information on the school and so on. This approach can not only improve the management of the school open, but also improve the management level of the school. This system can also be used to the various resources of the school, the teacher to reduce some unnecessary workload, such as teachers such as marking the work of a large number of teachers to reduce.

The purpose of this design is to implement an on-line examination system, developed by using JAVA technology to design, using Oracle database connection, the system uses the B / S architecture. After a series of efforts to implement this design in general, be able to achieve some of the basic functions of examinations. System design and development through three stages: the investigation and analysis, research design, and gradually practice. Target from proposed feasibility of the program, after a series of investigation, analysis and feasibility of the necessary objectives of the program, and after important detailed system design, to enhance the system of highly integrated and convenient; the last is still being practical the process of gathering important data and analysis to ensure a stable and viable system. In the end, after practice compared to on-line examination system saves resources of time and manpower than most current exam paper, to achieve a test of intelligent networking.

The overall system design is based on the browser / server, the front end of the application of SSH (struts spring hibernate) technology, the back-end using ORACLE as the database and the front connection.

在整个教育模式环节中，考试是必不可少的重要构成成分。在线考试可以将教育的质量提升新的台阶，不断增强学生本身的学习能力，教师也可以更加深入了解到学生对各科的掌握了解情况，学生也可以明确自己的学习方向与学习的爱好从而无形地将学习能力提升。传统的考试往往使人们受到各种地域限制，例如时间，地点等，给教学人员带来极大的不方便。在当今高度发达网络，把智能化的网络和当下的考试相接合会是以后的主流。

1.1选题意义以及背景

网络科学技术不断发展的同时，与之相结合的各种模式不断渗入到人们的生活中[1]。当下，教育强国，所以为了提升教育的质量，必须要紧跟时代的潮流，将教育和网络科技相结合是必然的，这是教育的改革潮流的趋势，目前，在网络科技教育的普及，传统的纸质考试已不能够达到检验人才的标准了，相反，隐约有点成为制约人才的手段，所以改革是必须的。现在很多地方的认证考试已经是通过网络考试实现的了，比如：雅思考试、认证网络工程师、计算机等级考试等等，所以以后选拔人才的手段从之前的纸质考试会朝着在线考试的方向发展。而为了避免一些常规的考试问题，公正、公平、快速、高效的网络在线考试必要替代传统考试，在线考试系统将不可避免地被提上研究议程[2]。

网上在线考试系统可以提高考试的效率，使考试更加的高效可靠，同时降低考试的成本，顺应社交网络应用的发展趋势。所以在线考试系统考核可能会成为考核手段十分重要的构成部分[3]。该论文的研究目的是开发易于管理和维护具有良好通用性的教学和考试系统，可以满足不同课程的考试和评估要求，以及给教师在平常考试和期终考试中提供一个考核的良性平台。

网络考试系统将之前的教育模式和计算机软硬件同步高聚合在一起；该系统把先进的教育原理经验和方法引入系统内部，在硬性地达到考试的目的同时还能得到学生对考试大量数据，再对数据进行分析，对之后将要开展的教学工作更加有针对性；可以通过部分的考试结构组织收集学生在其考试系统里的直观数据达到准确的分析；在线考试系统能够实现无人化管理考试[5]：自动从题库选题、自动安排考试、考完及时查看考试结果等功能，这是传统的纸质考试难以完成的。在能够保证考试正规安全的的前提下，网上在线考试系统将从考试到知道成绩时间大幅度缩短，迅速提升考试效率[4]，减轻了工作量又能达到节约资源的效果。

1.2考试系统的发展现状

目前，各种各样的考试犹如春笋出土一样，涌现在人们的视野内。按照考场的所属区域位置可以将其分为两类：一是在WEB的基础上的考试，还有一个就是在局域网体系的考试，以及把二者糅合于一体的考试系统。开发考试系统有着许多的开发工具可供选择，例如VB、VC、Delphi等一些方便快捷简易的开发工具，考试系统的数据库访问一般都是选择C/S模式。

随着教育和网络科学技术结合地不断被大众认可，在教学过程中也越来越多地采用网络教学。大多数人们都已经开始习惯于在网上进行学习，甚至在网上制定专门的学习计划服务。二十一世纪的大多数国家的考试方式都被搬到了网络中来，像雅思、托福、网络工程师、还有很多认证考试都是在线考试系统的模式。如今在国内，像计算机等级考试、会计证、教师证等一系列考试都是以网络为基础进行的。
