Abstract: In today's society, air pollution is a serious problem. Air purifiers are currently an important means of solving indoor air pollution. In this paper, based on the comparative analysis of the purification methods of air purifiers at home and abroad, a method of purifying resonant particles is proposed. The paper carried out a detailed system design, and designed a particle purification device consisting of a resonant driving plate, an adsorption plate, a high-voltage pulse modulator, an adjustable negative high voltage power supply, and a controller. Based on this scheme, a high-voltage switching power supply hardware circuit design was first implemented, in which the main power circuit uses a zero-voltage soft-switching flyback topology; the drive control circuit is composed of a fixed dead-zone variable conduction time PFM control chip and a microcontroller The control system, this hybrid control not only retains the high-speed characteristics of the dedicated control chip, but also compensates for the insufficiency of the dedicated chip in digital processing. Next is a high-voltage pulse modulator. Using Multisim software, a simulation circuit is built for the all-solid-state rigid-tube modulators with multiple IGBTs stacked in series. The simulation software is compiled and simulated. After the actual production, the DC high voltage output of 28KV was finally realized. The power supply can meet the driving requirements of the high voltage adsorption board. In addition, the bipolar SPWM pulsed high voltage electric field was realized through the simulation of the high voltage pulse modulator. Experiments and simulations have verified that the system is feasible and lays the foundation for the development of an efficient silent air purifier.

选题背景及意义

随着社会进步,急剧的工业化和城市化导致能源迅猛消耗、人口高度聚集、生态环境遭到破坏,不科学的发展带来了严重的后果,其中空气污染越发成为一个严峻的问题[2]。其中PM2.5是雾霾的主要组成成分,对人体肺部的气体交换有很大干扰,而且可能携带病毒影响呼吸道。据研究发现PM2.5浓度每增加10ug/m3,死亡率增加6.8%。2014年世界卫生组织公布了一份全球雾霾报告,涵盖了全球91个国家1600个城市的空气质量。印度新德里空气中的PM2.5更是高达每立方米153微克,成为世界重度污染城市之一。 2016年世界卫生组织公布,在中国,PM2.5年平均值最低的城市主要在台湾省和海南省。大陆城市最低为三亚,最高为邢台。雾霾天气笼罩着全国,由雾霾所引发的环境治理和室内空气污染备受瞩目。
