Abstract:This paper presents a detailed design of hardware and software for an environmental data acquisition and management system based on a smart car. The design is divided into two parts: the lower computer system and the host computer system. The main body of the lower computer system is the Freescale C car, which is controlled by K60 single chip microcomputer, so that it can travel along the predetermined track and collect ambient parameters such as temperature, humidity, smoke concentration and so on. The relevant parameters are transmitted to the host computer system through NRF24L01. The upper computer can display the data collected by the lower computer in real time through the visual interface and stores it in the ACCESS database to facilitate the data management. At the same time, the host computer provides diachronic and real-time parameters query functions. The system also has an alarm function. When the temperature, humidity or smoke data exceed the threshold, the upper computer shows an alarm in the visual interface, and the lower computer carries out the sound and light alarm in the field. In addition, the user can also set up the system parameters, such as the time to collect environmental parameters, by the upper computer. The system is simple in structure, stable in operation and low in cost. After expansion, it is suitable for no work in various environments after expansion.
