预测控制的热风炉燃烧系统控制策略研究

Abstract: Hot blast furnace is an important link in blast furnace ironmaking,The combustion control of hot blast stove occupies an important position in the whole hot stove system.The combustion of a hot blast stove is a very complicated process,Human control mostly relies on experience, And the control results are usually unstable, which is difficult to meet the needs of modern industry.Therefore, it is urgent to develop an algorithm for automatic control of combustion in hot blast stove.The combustion system of hot blast stove usually includes the characteristics of large delay, large inertia and time variation.PID control has strong robustness.The predictive control based on the Laguerre function is uncertain for the order and delay changes of the system,and the model parameters are less.Combining the advantages of the two control, a PID predictive control algorithm based on Laguerre function is proposed.The algorithm takes the PID structure as the index of the rolling optimization and is based on the predictive control algorithm of the mathematical model of Laguerre function. It can deal with the complicated situation in the combustion process of the hot blast stove and improve the stability of the system to a certain extent,Rapidity and robustness. By establishing the relevant mathematical model and using the MATLAB simulation tool to study the controlled object, the new algorithm is compared with the effect of the predictive control based on Laguerre function and the predictive control of PID, and the control quality of the new algorithm is obviously superior to the latter two.
