摘 要

本报告根据连江琯杂货码头所在地的自然条件,包括气象和水文条件,以及其吞吐量预测和建设规模,用所学的知识以及最新的海港总平面规范,进行码头工程的泊位数、泊位长度、码头前沿水域的水深、船舶回旋水域、码头前沿高程的计算,并且进行码头平面布置。

报告的重点是对连江琯头杂货码头的结构进行设计计算和设计图纸的绘制。在设计主体过程中,重点是面板、纵梁和横梁的受力配筋计算。在面板计算中,采用单向板计算,难点在于在汽车荷载作用下最大内力计算。在纵梁计算中,采用刚性支承连续梁计算,并且使用影响线计算在门机荷载作用下的最不利受力情况,最后对其配筋计算。在横梁计算中,假设为柔性桩台横向排架,并且采用五弯矩方程计算排架截面内力,并对其配筋计算。设计图纸绘制包括码头平面图、断面图、立面图以及面板、纵、横梁配筋图。

the Design of a Cargo Wharf in the Lianjiang Guan

Abstract

According to the handling capacity’s broadcast, scale of construction as well as the natural condition in Lianjiang Guan, including the meteorological and hydrologic condition, the amount and length of berths, depths of channel and the wharf as well as the ships’ turning basin are calculated, through the relative knowledge and the current standards for total plane design of harbor. Finally, the report designs the general layout of the wharf.

The point of this report focuses on the structural design of the cargo wharf and the design drawings. In the whole process of the design, the main point is the panel, longitudinal beam, and the girder beam’s internal force and reinforcement calculation. In the calculation of the panel, with the assumption of one-way slab, the difficulty is the calculation of the maximum internal force under the influence of the car’s load. In the calculation of the longitudinal beams, with the assumption of rigid support continuous girder, the main point is the calculation of the maximum internal force under the influence of the portal crane’s load, using the method of influence lines. Additionally, after internal calculation, reinforcement calculation is the next step. In the process of calculating girder beams, with the assumption of the lateral ranging frame of flexible piling platform, the report calculates the internal force as well as the reinforcement, using the equation of five moments. Finally, basing on the report, design blueprints are draw including the wharf’s general layout, cross-section, vertical-section and the reinforcement of the panel, longitudinal and girder’s beams.
